  1. Nice to see ma old mucked Dougie Young providing a psychological intervention to the players and the management. I must e-mail him and ascertain whether he needs a co-facilitator and to see if it really does have a mellowing effect on the more resistant personality traits, Look up Mindset on Google and/or Dougie's own site to see what is being proferred. I know that Dougie uses a "mantra" and I suspect that it may be the phrase that was written on the dressing room Nobo Board, as shown on Sky Sports : We have a bridge, we have a castle, we have desire - EXCELLENT !! We could also ALL utilise an old adage "WE BELIEVE"
