Imrie signs for CaleyJags

Dougie Imrie was the only signing for Caley Thistle during a very quiet transfer window in the Highlands. The 24 year old striker, who can also play on the wing signed for the club on a two and a half year deal for a reported £50,000

Imrie was signed by Clyde by Graham Roberts on the recommendation of Tommy Coyne from junior side Lanark United where he was a prolific scorer (79 goals in 138 games). Although not so prolific for the Bully Wee, Clyde fans have given him cult status because the goals he does score are usually spectacular ones. Lets hope he can score a few like that for Caley Thistle.

Heading out the exit door at Caley Thistle during this transfer window are Stuart McCaffrey (St Johnstone - loan), John Rankin (Hibs £110K), Ally Ridgers (Elgin City), and Zander Sutherland whose loan period at Elgin has been extended.
