  1. While I think the trial idea would work in Robbos case do you really think Terry Butcher would give up Scotland Assistant Manager and a lucrative Setanta contract for a temporary post at Inverness?? Whatever the board decides it needs to be quick-ish.

  2. Now can the board follow this up by getting the right person in and doing it quickly to save our season. Think its incredible they left it this late and after letting brewster sign 4 or 5 players in the last two weeks but better late than never.

  3. Craig, you are the weakest link. Goodbye.

Just looked at Nottingham Forrest results since they changed manager!! Guess what....4 wins in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rotflmao:

They have not added any players, the same team...just a different manager

  4. Just realised we have lost 12 out of the last 15 games, how bad are the inept ******** on the board going to allow things to get before acting or are they actually wanting to play derby games next season. Get Sam the Eagle and his other muppets out now and let someone in who can actually manage!!

  5. I agree that the team played better on Sunday but better than what? Lets face it we have not exactly been treated to fast flowing attacking football these past 12 months at the stadium. One header and 2/3 shots from outside the box in my mind does not constitute the phrase excellent football but it was an improvement. I always feel the boys play better football against the old firm because they are allowed to and are not pressed as much as against lesser teams. However the result was as we are getting used to under this clown and his sidekick and my opinion has not been changed by 45 minutes of decent stuff against a below par Rangers outfit.

  6. From what I hear there is hardly ever any coaching. Lots of running and passing and stuff. You can probably tell this from a) the number of goals we score from set plays and :rotflmao: the number of goals we lose from them.

  7. I had an idea at work today. On January 17th we are due to play Hamilton away. Meanwhile Ross County play Queen of the south at home. As I know alot of people on here attend away games. I suggest you all boycot the Hamilton game and sit in the away end at Victoria Park and cheer on our hero Barry Wilson who will no doubt feature in the game. Thus showing the board we mean buisness and showing support for an ICT legend who was forced out of the club.

would be much appreciated am sure by Barry :rotflmao:

  8. Fair comment but there was a fair degree of passion and committment being showed yesterday.

just finished watching game on ALBA. yeah we huffed and puffed but we have zero quality and were really all over the place. On this showing im dreading next weeks game!!! could get a real canning

  9. Do the members of this board know anything about football? You are all burying your heads in the sand. Failing this club. Failing the people who put cash through the turnstyles week after week. Who sit in the freezing cold endlessly seeking a little glimmer of hope.

You've looked on as good players have walked or been pushed out. You've overseen the introduction of 'quality replacements'. McGuire, Zadi, Proctor, Barrowman. How many more of that standard will be brought in over the next few weeks? For those four would struggle to get a game at Elgin let alone an SPL team.

Dear Board, while there is still some time left this season, please get your heads out of the sand and act in the interest of this club. Get a management team in that can salvage the disaster.

Fail to act now and the gates will drop further. The cash flow will reduce and the debt will grow. It will be too late to act when Flybe decide to pull the plug because they no longer see Inverness CT as an ambitious business. One that mirrors their own.

    :thumb04: :018: ;)

if the board dont want 2 act then WE must act and push brew out. Our club is getting stuck doon the pan by an arrogant, leaderless and uttelry clueless manager. If any business was being run by him im sorry, but would be verging on closing the doors. We are staring 1st division right in the eyes and unless the board act now it will be too late. Dont be reactive, be proactive and wake up and smell the coffee.... :rotflmao:

  10. St Mirren - 4-4-2 changed to 4-3-3

    Aberdeen - 4-5-1 changed to 4-4-2

    Motherwell - 5-4-1 changed to 5-3-2

Is this a new record for the most changes in formation in a 3 game period?

Is it any wonder that our players are running around without a clue what the plan is?

Tactics the man does not no the meaning of the word. He was not happy with playing 1 up front today he then slips in an extra defender and for good measure plays a defensive midfielder in Macbain. The only tactic he knows is to send out his teams with damage limitation in mind. Even at half time today when he made his change, what does he do , takes of a midfielder for a striker when surely any other manager would have hooked one of the back 5! Its getting to the stage when im not sure how much more of this i can take.

correct. its damage limitation after we lose the 1st goal!!!! the guy is not a leader and hearing this week what his training sessions involve just prove 2 me that he has not the ability to turn this around

  11. :o Just switched on itv teletext and says blackie has verbally agreed a pre-contract deal for Hearts...so much for getting the cash out MR CHAIRMAN.

    enjoy your holiday :018:

da.......waznt on yesterday n didnt see post!!!!!!! sorry!!! fek.....thought it waz an excluziv....lol

    :rotflmao: :thumb04:

  12. I created this thread as a challenge to any of the Pro Brew camp, to try and provide positives about the man, to counter the whole 9 wins in the whole of 2008 stat. As yet.....i dont think ONE poster has managed to balance out the facts with positive points of their own. Says it all really!

Talking for the majority, I see, Smee! All 161 that voted to replace Brewster out of how many! That's all the 161 that goes and watches his tactics every week and come on here passing comment on the play and then gives him the thumbs down and then state that a large section of them, do not even go to the games! That's the 161 that watched the first part of Saturdays game and APPLAUDED their team on for the play and enthusiasm. Aye right!!

Now your above point - How in the heck can you defend a position of bottom of the league? I can't , but that is in the past!! We are now in the present. Can we move up the league? Future. Of course we can. Smee, prove to me that we can't! Smee, prove to me that with Brewster out, we will not be relegated under the replacement.

Now I am not pro Brew BUT changing for change sake does not guarantee success - you have to provide an non emotional selection that we can afford, that will come and give us a guarantee of staying up.

The Board will decide - they will do the best for the club and if that be replacing the manager - so be it.

If a change takes place I would like to think that all this hostility being generated towards the club will be diverted into support!

fact...he has lost the dressing room bar a few. that is good enough 4 me. That will not recover. It happened to him at UTD and that was quoted by players. It happened to a Mr Barnes also. In football when a team dont understand a manager and his tactics and then a successfull team team they will NOT be.

Yes we applauded in the first half because of ther play and enusiasm. This did not last long. As soon as our heads went down we stopped playing. The point is our manager showed little passion and most importantly NO DIRECTION

  13. Sing to the tune of Let it snow, let it snow.. :015: :rotflmao:

Oh the football we play is frightful

Bet brew he says its delightful

So before were in the league below

Brew please go, brew please go brew please go

    When he finally says goodnight

Oh I fear it may be too late

But if the boys can just keep it tight

Robbo and Baz its your fate

So the club it is slowly dying,

Smith, Bennett and brew they are trying

But with just a little bit of luck

Get to **** Get to **** Get to ****

    :thumb04: :018: ;)

  14. The biggest loss to the lcub in recent years was donald park. His knowledge of football and coaching ability of the players was invaluable, and malky doesn't seem to have the same powers. Maybe a new assistant would help break this sequence of results?

So sack the assistant to the problem but leave the problem in place? I say get rid of the tumour and its assistant then perhaps, just perhaps we might get a bit of remission.

Don't forget Brewster returned to ICT on the understanding that Donald was to remain as Number 2...

Another Grassa idea that was doomed from the start

correct, biggest loss.....parky could coach, so obvious in games that brew n malky just train and dont coach. Wat do they do at training??? just run round the pitch and have a wee 5 a side game???? :rotflmao:

  15. "I don't think there was much between the two teams but Aberdeen scored three goals." Craig Brewster

    quote]

Aberdeen passed the ball to feet for fun to ther TWO strikers.. only twice did i count us making more than 4 passes in the first half. Some of Aberdeens passing was as good as ive seen at ICT and were streets ahead of us in every department.

For Brew to say that beggers belief.. :rotflmao:

Its a sad day when you see our own fans arguing about our situation but reality is our record this year speaks for itself and the sooner the board have the balls to be proactive then the better for us all to get on supporting us up the league rather than into Division one.

  16. 5 points might be sacking material for some but no where near bad enough for ict boARD

totali dire performance. we were outclassed and outplayed.players have no confidence and manager has none. He dosent know what to do....except put his hands to his head!! he gave no leadership and gave little encouragement . It was an embarressment.

  17. What amazes me is that our only home win all season was playing 4-4-1-1 with Dougie playing behind Barrowman aagainst Killie. Barrowman scored, Dougie was MoM and was the best we have played yet Brewster has not played that way since. :rotflmao:
