  1. Ok, what with all these apparent "sources"; you have my attention. I look forward to the next week or so of the transfer window...

Who are my sources? "sources edited out"

No deal has been agreed.......... yet. Inverness want to know by Monday/Tuesday at the latest if Dods is willing to come back on loan to start with.

  2. Heard from a good source that United won't stand in his way should he want to play regular 1st team football again as he's now deemed back up at United. Kenneth & Wilkie are 1st choice with Kovo, Dillon & Grainger all able to play at CH if needed. Because of the rota of having to have so many U21 players in your squad Dods will be sitting in the stand most weeks, only getting stripped if injuries dictate.

ICT are aware of this & did enquire last week about taking him on loan. It hasn't come to anything yet but thats not to say it's dead.

    Thoughts?

  3. Juanjo's still here due to personnal issues with his property here. He went back to train with Ross County this week & they've offered him a two year deal. They're having more talks on Thursday but he hopes to return to Spain on Saturday with the news for his wife that he's signed for Ross County.

Brewster is really keen on Juanjo but wants to look at other targets before making a final decision, he has been told he's on the radar but he respects Juanjo will sign for a club if they make him a good offer.

For the record, county's wages are on a par with Inverness. County offered him a much bigger basic than what Inverness were paying him 2 years ago.

  4. Juanjo's wife & family pronounce his name "Whanho"

He's enjoyed his trial but doesn't think Brewster will offer him anything. Brews a pretty hard guy to get anything out of  :020:

County want to have talks with him before he returns to Spain on Friday. Another ICT player is due to have talks with County on Friday too  :023:

  5. Disappointed a few ladies by a no-show at the Stadium today to watch the Reserves game along with some of the other players  - we thought he might be around.  Pity - could have brightened a lousy day weatherwise although we enjoyed the game and the win!

He was at a friends house having dinner  :023:

  6. He enjoyed his trial & was happy to meet up with everyone again.

He didn't get much of the ball in the practice/trainning game but he did well at the running & all the set pieces etc. There is also no problem with his fitness levels. He was as fit as all the other players & didn't look or feel out of place.

  7. I'll be honest with everyone. I put this topic on here so it would get interest going in him again & it worked. He wants to come back here & prove himself. If he gets a deal then great, he'll be very happy.

I knew he was training with Inverness so it was no lie or rumour posting that. When Brewster found out he was free & willing he was happy to talk to Juanjo so I passed on the message. He was over for a few days prior to the trial to sort out some stuff here so I arranged for him to train with Ross County for a few days. I knew that when the local papers got wind of it that they would print a story about it. Then the Daily papers would go with the story & today (Friday) he'd done several phone interviews. It was a win win. He gets his trial & if it doesn't work out for any reason he gets easy, good & free publicty that he's available again.

Already he's had contact with several other clubs about trials in Scotland but he has turned down the approaches (for now) because this area is his No.1 choice of destination & he wants to put 120% into his trial with inverness next week.

His agents get **** all & I get him two trials & then get him loads of publicity with one simple new topic on a fans forum - I'm good  :021:

  8. Insults  :017: The cnuts in somebodys house using their PC - or do Dungwall caravans have connections these days?

    How do you knw that?

:rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

It was nice to meet you last night Richard  :004:

Now IHE be nice.  :015: :015:

Good to meet you too L_G, (although I don't think I spoke to you  :029:) Now do me a favour & confirm to IHE that I'm no Dingwall mink on the wind up - you now know my source & know it's good  :023: :rotflmao:  :022:

Oi Richard, mind and tell Jaunjo,if he gets the gig, ya ken a lad who can get him Spanish Telly channels to make him feel at hame  :004:

(never one to miss an opperchancity )

    Oh ****, my covers blown!!

  9. Feck Off Elmer and get back to yer caravan - a mature.  :029:

IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER - You assume I'm from Dingwall, I hate to disappoint you but I'm not. Now it's been in the papers about Juanjo will I get an appology from you? It'll be in the daily rags tomorrow because the reporters were phoning Juanjo today giving him phone interviews. IHE I like most of your posts & read them often  :019: :018:

  10. 1 - it was alleged he did not get on with Brew .... nuff said.

2 - the window for signing free agents closed on 31st March.

1- It's about here & now. Brew wants players with fight. Last time Juanjo didn't fight for his place & dropped out. Now he has a chance to prove his woth - ie hunger & fight. Brew & Jose made peace years ago.

2- He can sign as an "amature" (sp?) & claim expenses - there are ways round it.

It costs nothing for the club to have a look & helps raise Juanjo's profile back in Scotland even if he fails to get a deal until the end of the season. A win win for both parties.

I only just noticed this.  :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:    :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03:

    ***

I was right about him being here, training with county for 3 days then having a trial with Inverness next week - when no other user or fan of this forum had any idea of what was about to happen.

  11. Juanjo was superb until he got injured. He thought he was over his injury & wanted back in the side. Brewster didn't think he was over his injury so he loaned him out - they fell out with each other over it.

Lower leagues in Spain pay more money than ICT, a handful of other SPL sides & all teams in Division 1 - thats why he was playing there. The truth is he still has his house here, his wife & kids loved it up here, they say it was the best spell of there lives. Thats why he wants to come back!

  12. Brew & Jose made peace years ago.

That's great Richard, but aren't we talking about Juanjo?

I put it to Brewster myself that Juanjo was free, Brew said he could come & train for a few days.

And since of you've got Brewster's ear, could you tell him that McGuire is ***** because he doesn't seem to have noticed.

Juan Jose Carricondo Perez - or as I called him Jose  :rotflmao:
