Wishing Livvi all the best
The words "Livvy" and "good luck" should never be seen in the same sentence. On the other hand, "Livvy" and "good riddance" go very well togetherl.

Duncan signs new contract.
No one plays that role as well as Russell Duncan does, although I suspect wee Black could probably do the job, and deliver a top pass having got the ball in a deep position.

Motherwell - Different Stand this time
I was going to walk to the game as a sort of HM4 training run but I've since found out that Mrs Yompa (the real one, not the imposter that's floating about on the site ) is getting her hair cut on Saturday afternoon so there goes that plan out the window...

HM4 - Urgent Request - Help!!!!
I salute you, Caley D! You job will be to enjoy lots of Highland scenery and not crash the bus (sic). You will actually have a great time on the road with this lot. Just make sure they don't force you to make all the sandwiches at half five every morning...

Time for a spot of squad rotation...
It occurs to me that unless we want to fight with Motherwell for the cash that comes with finishing 7th, it might well be a good idea for Charlie to use the remaining games to try a few new faces. For example, I'd like to see McAllister and Jackson getting a couple of games and if there are any other decent performers on the fringes (that rules Fox out then) then they too should be getting a chance. This is a chance for Charlie to start planning for next season...

Highland March 4
From Tursdee onwards, yow'll be able to re-enact the scene from Butch Cassidy where they turn round, looking back down the valley and quote the famous line "who are those guys"... 8)

Took us 3 hours from getting to livi train station to getting into glasgow" Blame Gringo...

Highland March 4
Who can't? I'll be leaving TCS at after the Falkirk game (I wonder if Yogi will remember HM1 to his old place?) and I'm planning to walk through the night on the Dores road, arriving in Fort Augustus around dawn. Then it's up and over the Corrieyairick Pass as the sun rises and down into Laggan where I plan to take a wee pit stop at the Pottery bunkhouse where we stayed over on HMs 2 and 3. From there it's onward through Dalwhinnie and, weather permitting, down the side of Loch Garry, a spot of yomping, and down into Kinloch Rannoch... round the side of Schiehallion (probably won't have time to conquer it this time around... boo hiss) and down the hill into Kenmore to finish day 1. After a luxurious overnight stay and a slap up breakfast, I plan to head south once more up the big hill out of Kenmore, down into Amulree, cross the river then yomp a further 15 miles cutting out both Perth and Crieff, before crossing the golf course at Gleneagles and on to Auchterader. The day will be completed by a further yomp over the Ochils down into Dollar or thereabouts for yet another night's uninterrupted sleep. Saturday will dawn dry and bright (aye, that'll be right...) leaving the final twelve miles after breakfeast and the final question... "what time does the Elizabethan open for business and can I dislodge Gringo Junior's crown on the pool table"... ;o) Team Gringo are, I understand, still contemplating their route following the sinking of the SPL Atlantic Conveyor and with it their dreams of a helicopter ride over the Highlands. However I'm sure the old soldier will come up with something more challenging than a pub crawl and a big bridge.... Watch this space! 8) By the way, Team Gringo is populated by Gringo, Dozza (Mrs G), Gringo Jnr, EGG, Beatonio and Stigothedump. Go guys!
