Robbo with Knox as assistant is a blessing in disguise.

The thing that worries me about Knox is that he's most recognised as an assistant manager ?

I don't think archie knox being prodominantly an assistant manager would be much of a stumbling block. Working with Fergie in the past could only be a good thing, and clearly fergie thought highly of him.

he's his own man and would have his own ideas and has been around long enough to know what it takes

plus if we were ever in trouble he could just get the great man on the blower for any ideas, loan moves like ronaldo or rooney etc :thumb04:

No this is not my prediction for the new management team, although with the wealth of knowledge shared between these guys, I reckon we could do a lot worse.

I remember when Brian was at elgin. he was very good with the youth team and regularly took training sessions as well as attending matches.. however, I don't think he has the personality to get the respect of the players (perhaps) as at times it felt lyk they were running the team on a saturday with Brian looking short of ideas at the side. I also believe they were alot of arguements behind the scene before his departure.

I think he's a quality player.... Does have his injury problems but i think he would suit us.

it reminds me of larrsons injury a few years back when he was playing in europe for celtic. how long was he out for after that?.

I think it's clear that the team are missing proctor. personally, i would play him at the heart of defence with munro.

Just seen the photos you posted. Can't bair to look at them again. something needs to be taken against the lad as his studs are half way up eduardos leg. looking at them i'd be suprised if he is able to play again.
