@ SMEE , Revbirdog and all the self confessed " old school " Caledonian fans , have you ever stopped to think of the irony of not wanting to see our rivals winning against one of the Old Filth yet supporting a team that is an amalgamation with arguably our ( Caledonians ) biggest rivals ( Thistle ) . I would have thought you would have been refusniks with such hard core hatred for any rivals of your team !

Well.....a "fan" might be a bit of a stretch...considering i have never made any financial contribution to the club in any from. I have long openly admired their style of play tho. BUT....had it been even Rangers they played today...ad have wanted County to lose! So you dislike County more than Rankers ? No chance , County were rivals during the Highland League but in no way our biggest rivals . Your fooling no-one with your pretence of not being a Celtc fan .

I will happily admit that I wanted county hammered too, I am not a bitter Celtic fan. This was the first time I had been rooting for Celtic since I was in second year at school (late 80s if you were wondering). You want to accuse me of anything? The majority of ICT fans are Johnny come latelys who have no affiliation with either of the pre merger clubs , in fact most of the old Howdenenders would / have never set foot in TCS .

I agree entirely , we beat Celtc and then got knocked out in the next round . County now are playing in the final of the biggest cup competition our Nation has to offer and by the look of todays SPL scores will be playing in Europe next season .

I'd take a win in the biggest cup competition in the Nation over a League win of the 1st division any day .
