Hi guys, I moved from Inverness a long time ago and try and get back once in a while.

I'm having a bit of a flash back of a band called AGS  A Gentle Sound, they had a song called "a gentle sound" think I had a compilation tape called Groove Machine. Bought from market brae record shop.

Very long shot, anyone know where I could find a copy to relive my youth. Cheers Steve

Some time ago i was asked if i had any pics etc from my time in AGS...I did, so i created a FB page for ex band members, crew and fans to share their memories. There are lots of pics from gigs, songs from our 1st King Tuts set and lots of unseen stuff from our trips around the Isle!

Feel free to pop in and share your memories! Not just of AGS but those wonderful years of flares, joe bloggs, tie dyed hooded tops, Adamski, 808 State, the Roses & the Mondays etc etc. And of course the Merger was in its infancy then but very relevant topic of the times. Who knows i may even share the story of our plan to shoot a video using the 3 Inverness teams grounds.

Its a closed group only but you can request to join.

  2. Saw spaces and angles that, in his prime, others could benefit from.

The current bunch are decent Championship players but don't have his Premiership football brain.

...and yes, he might've lost a yard.

Brilliant win away, that 0-5 from a year ago exorcised...

That 0-5 was one of the lowest points I can remember witnessing; a horrible experience. Confidence shot to pieces and a keeper struggling badly...watched through fingers.

Ups and downs since but at the very least E4C nails it...an exorcism.

Well done ICT and the support.

Not sure why someone approaching their 60th birthday would decide to move to one of the most dangerous, violent countries in the world. The language / culture barrier alone would put most off, let alone the drug gangs and vigilante 'death squads'. Good luck Terry!

I thought the SEVCO job was already taken...

My understanding is that The Sun had the headline in waiting in the form of "Super Ally Goes Ballistic...." for McCoist to do serious damage to Celtic in an Old Firm game but were moved to take it out of cold storage for 9th Feb 2000.

It was stated at the time that the headline was being held in reserve by The Sun subs for the potential moment that Ally McCoist (Super Ally...Celtic Are...) had a decent outing in an Old Firm encounter.

An utterly disgraceful performance. Quite possibly one of the worst I've seen in the last few years of watching Inverness. Hard to disagree with anything Chris has posted. Just an utter shambles all over the pitch.

Agree. My last game was the semi final v celtic. We're an abysmal mess now. Keeper is a disgrace. Back line a joke. Midfield missing and a clueless attack.

I guess the downsizing rumours are true...we're preparing for a life in the lower leagues to match the home revenues

There is no chance this group of strangers are going back up.

  9. In 2014, SPFL chiefs fined Peterhead £10,000 and ordered the replay of a League One game with Ayr United after Reece Donaldson was fielded while he should have been serving a ban.

However, in this case it is impractical to order a replay of Caley Thistle v United with four days left of the season.
