  1. What I don't like about most articles on this, they all said a challenge from Ian Black. They are all making it sound as though Black injured him, he ferkin injured himself fouling Black who was breaking away from him on the halfway line. All these stories will do nothing to help Blacks cause with the referees.
  2. Could have been worse, you could have been out walking the dog up the top of a steep hill in the rain at three o' clock on Saturday :walking02: :dog01:
  3. I agree Chipper, who would you go to if you had a problem/query at your work, you would go to your manager. Stop the posturing Craig and speak to Charlie please. Can you believe he has been subbed so many times and has not asked Charles why :024: Doesn't make sense to me. On the other hand, maybe it's because he has not been scoring goals.
  4. I firmly believe we should be charging them with electricity, I think the batteries have gone a little flat this last few weeks. :microwave:
  5. What rubbish you see posted on here from so called fans.............have you tried Ross County?
  6. Nice run of winable games coming up for ICT DEC 2 Motherwell home DEC 9 Dundee United away DEC 16 Killie home DEC 23 Dunfermline away DEC 27 Rangers (20:00) home DEC 30 Falkirk away JAN 1 St Mirren home Lots of points to be had this month from the teams round about us and these games could determine where we will eventually end up in the league. A decent run will push us back into the top six, whereas a disastrous set of results will see us battling it out in the bottom quarter. Heres hoping for a wee boost starting today against the Well. We managed six points away last season, but unfortunately lost all six at home, therefore I don't expect an easy ride today. Last season Motherwell were the team who could have given us our biggest home defeat, but we got away with a 1-2 loss after going ahead then the wheels fell off about five minutes before half time. Second half wee Skippy led our defenders a merry dance and we were fortunate not to concede five or six goals. No cause for complacency then, and I am sure CC and Parky will have the lads fired up for what should be an interesting and maybe turgid affair, lets hope with a bit of entertainment thrown in. The players are finding it difficult to get the right balance between attacking and defending as reported on text, this has shown in some of the displays, but the last couple against the Don's and moreso against the Jambo's have shown that when we play the passing game, we can open up defences, all we need is the run of the ball in front of goal and someone to take the risk and complete the good work. Forget the Xmas shopping, forget the local pubs (between three and five), and get down to the stadium and get the December show on the road, the guys on the park need some support so lets get right behind them.... win or lose.
  7. I see that Henrik Larsson has signed a three month loan at Manchester United in the January window. :010:
  8. Spot on CC. He is a total realist and does not buy into the top six/Eoropean debates. As he says, if we are still in proximity to the top six come March, then a big push for it will begin, otherwise, we will be looking over our shoulder till the season closes.
  9. CC indicating on teletext that Zander may indeed play a part this weekend against Well. :003:
  10. Keogh played in the reserve game against Hibs this week. Incidentally, McSwegan limped off heavily after injuring his ankle, maybe went over it not sure, looked in a lot of pain though.
  11. Correct Alex.............When is yer 970th Birthday anyway. :023:
  12. :017: should it not have been the Anti-social Club :017:
  13. :buttkick: :music05: :011:
  14. erm...........eh........umm I give in :017:
  15. Mantis..........I have evidence that you are an Anorak "Aye, Charlie never appeared in that first ever East Stirling game in 94. The silky no 10 with the streaks in his hair was..... Grassa Bennett. And the scorer of CT's first ever Scottish Cup goal was ... Mark McAllister. " "I suppose Mad Dog McAllister is your LB then. Apparently he made 61 appearances according to Broadfoot."
  16. I may well have been, but would I have remembered the detail...........if the anorak fits, wear it :023:
