  1. erm...........eh........umm I give in :017:
  2. Mantis..........I have evidence that you are an Anorak "Aye, Charlie never appeared in that first ever East Stirling game in 94. The silky no 10 with the streaks in his hair was..... Grassa Bennett. And the scorer of CT's first ever Scottish Cup goal was ... Mark McAllister. " "I suppose Mad Dog McAllister is your LB then. Apparently he made 61 appearances according to Broadfoot."
  3. I may well have been, but would I have remembered the detail...........if the anorak fits, wear it :023:
  4. Strangely enough Mr Lifts, I pondered this very question last week. I thought about the days gone bye and wondered if I would be happy to return to them one day. Back watching in the lower divisions, less hassle, being able to walk around the ground and change ends at half time, the hedge at Brechin, the lovely home made soup, local Derbies with County, aye those were the days. However, we have moved on and although the entertainment is not always value for money, to me it is always enthralling. Very seldom are we completely out of any game, barring Celtic recently and the inexplicable Falkirk debacle. I fail to comprehend what happens at every home game, with ten or twelve minutes left it starts...........the exodus..........cheerio cheerio cheerio, for instance, playing Hearts on Saturday, this was a reasonably tense affair which definitely opened up in our favour in the second half, but, true to form what happened......offski. No, not the latest foreign signing but the crowd leaving in their droves long before the end. Do they not like football, why do they bother to come along, whats the rush. A lot of goals are scored towards the end of games, being an ICT supporter we should be used to that, but no, off they dander trying to get ahead of the masses, are these real supporters or just people passing the time of day? Anyway, I appreciate where you are coming from and understand your concerns, but for me the last few games at home have been compelling, if not silkily entertaining therefore I would stick with it..........see you in the Innes for Well game :drinking09: ps Now david James's haircut............thats entertainment :003:
  5. Leonard............doh I am listening to my alarm clock! Cocaine blues............Johnny Cash

  7. ..........and exactly how many goals did Wyness score yesterday...................hold on till I count them........oh dear, none. Stop the sniping guys. It's all been said already and I can only endorse most of the comments. Ken, I had thought we were more than capable of gaining seven points from these games which would have been beating Dons and Hearts at home and drawing with Hibs away whilst getting humped by Celtic, not unrealistic I thought. Anyway yesterday was a decent performance all round and agree with all thats been said. Duncan once again gave the ball away cheaply in the first half but looked better later in the game and the "invisible man" is a pretty apt description of Royboy at the moment. He is a neat and tidy ball player, but for me there is no end product....baffling. Thought Black did Ok but seemed to run out of steam. Wyness did not get the best service and Dargo ran like Forest Gump. Still, we had the better of the game which could have gone either way really, but we deserved it more than a grim Hearts eleven. Well done Richie Hart, stick with it, you deserve a chance to start. Things seem to happen once he comes on, just a pity he never connected properly with one of the half chances that came his way, Gordon would struggle to keep them out. Overall, enjoyable game and probably two points went a begging, however, chin up.
  8. Oh dear, poor Charlie, he can't do right for doing wrong. Don't you just get hacked off with people complaining about CC comments. Leave the guy alone and think of something else to type.
  9. :015: Great story, you just couldn't make it up. Aye, well done Russel, keep up the dirty work.
  10. Hey Cromarty, or can I call you Sandy............I like Richie too..........but I couldn't eat a whole one :016: I also think he offers us something different. He used to whop free kicks in good style, and he can fair batter the ball..........albeit not always in the right direction. Give him more starts and I believe he will produce the goods. :003:
  11. Kris Kristofferson-----Rescue Mission, from Spooky Ladies Sideshow the old ones are the best......... :023:
  12. From Grampian Teletext, Caley Thistle midfielder Richie Hart is ready to go on loan in January if he cannot claim a first-team place. The 28 year old has not started an SPL game this season and said "I certainly wouldn't rule out going on loan to get regular action>" "I,m still pretty ambitious and it doesn't bother me to think I may have to leave to progress my career. It will all come down to what's right for me." Well, I think he can do a job for us, when he comes on things seem to happen and we look more positive with him in the side. Hope he stays and gets back into the squad. Notice he is not listed in the squad for tomorrow.......oh dear.
  13. Mint Kit-Kat's :notworthy01:
  14. Well done Deveronvale, great comeback in the cup against Montrose. Three goals from the 87th minute when 2-0 down to pip the league side must have got the fans warmed up. Deveronvale 3-2 Montrose McKenzie (pen) 87 Stirling 12 Fraser 90 Henslee 24 Ewen 90
