(He has a book coming out.)  He, of course, learned much from Brian Clough, and was emphasising that the manager sometimes has to be harsh or hard with a player.  Not unfairly, but sometimes they just have to show the player, and the rest of the dressing room, who is boss.

I also think that if you have a decent second keeper, as Cammy is, then you have to give him a few outings, otherwise he will become unhappy.

Hope it all works out.

Has been with the club since 2013 (since youth team). I'm guessing he's happy here or he would've left by now.
