With USH not being a requirement in the 1st Division, maybe the club will keep it switched off to save money?

Why don't the club adopt the Thistle colours of Black and Red stripes for the away kit?

I saw Cyril in the Heathmount not that long ago, snooping around for a story.

I'm not sure how you work that out. I tend to judge my strikers on goals and since Rooney has scored more for us than Barrowman then in my book he's better.
To be fair to Barrowman, he was hardly ever played. When he was played, he was either played out of position or didn't receive the service he needs. Rooney appears to be Butchers favoured striker - but why? I'd be embarrassed of his strike ratio.
Rooney:
08/09 (SPL) - 6 goals in 36 appearances (11 starts, 25 sub) = strike rate of 16.66 %
09/10 (SFL) - 13 goals in 31 appearances (17 starts, 14 sub) = strike rate of 41.93%
Overall - 19 goals in 67 appearances (28 starts, 39 sub) = strike rate of 28.36%
Barrowman:
08/09 (SPL) - 2 goals in 33 appearances (15 starts, 18 sub) = s/r of 6.06%
09/10 (SFL) - 1 goal in 8 appearances (2 starts, 6 sub) = s/r of 12.5%
Overall - 3 goals in 41 appearances (17 starts, 24 sub) = s/r of 7.31%
That's not a strike rate, which has already been explained. A strike rate is goals per shots, not goals per games.

Mr Baillie and myself always got on well because he found out I was in the Boys Brigade.

Yes they will, they will prob drop more than enough points for us to win the league but then we would need to win nearly every game to do so and it's that part that is never going to happen. We will drop more points throughout the season and wont be close to to Dundee come the end I think.
No, they won't.
-
The league is already over as far as we are concerned. As I said on the Dunfermline match thread - we are 12 points (4 wins) behind Dundee. To catch them they will have to lose at least another 4 games this season. They won't.
-
To be 12 points behind the leaders before Christmas is, frankly, not good enough. That's 4 wins. Dundee won't lose 4 games before the end of the season.

Jailender has beern coming back on here for years. He is showing signs of wanting to take out a CALEY THISTLE
Supporter membership card.
Shall we let him in the door? Compared to some other County fans he has a bit of class about him . Also , sometimes his sense of humour alone is sufficient to warrant entry to the club.
Be nice to him. He is FASCINATED by Inverness Caledonian Thistle whom he really holds in awe and knows fine that one day they will be back where they belong--on top!
Jailender is from Alness. There's nothing classy about that.

A young lad behind me had a knuckle duster in his pocket.

Myself and the rest of the ICT Real will be in the Mallard for opening time.

You're too young to have met the ICT Real son. Ask ICTChris.

I'm taking the 11 train through the 'the lads'.

Builders merchants (HIS/Travis Perkins/HSBS) sell them in boxes of 20 odd.

Indeed re Hayes. What a weapon to bring on to terrorise tired fullbacks. This should be the tactic on Saturday at the Tinkdome. The front four running the Russ Conway defence all over the place, then bring him on to romp past their fullbacks to provide ammo for Foran to complete his hat-trick.

Train and Mallard sesh.
The Boo Boys at it again were they?
in Caley Thistle

The only abuse I shouted on Saturday was directed at Tam McManus and Stephen Grindlay. I actually turned to the lads I go with when we were 2-0 down and said 'I'm not really worried here, we're going to score a few today'. Just a pity we couldn't keep tight at the back.
Im a tad annoyed with Foran's comments. I didn't realise it was the supporters fault we didn't beat Ayr.
And before anyone says otherwise, he sort of is laying the blame for the result on us.
