  1. Had the cable version for around 3 years. It was a steep learning curve at first but I got to the point that I enjoyed messing around with it, usually resulting in it breaking :D. Very tempted to switch over to the sat version but think alot more reading up on it is needed and the funds!

Have a link to a good forum if you want it mate! Always someone there that can give advise when it goes tits up

  2. *Manchester City: The club says it has "no fixed pricing structure", although a ticketing representative told MSN Money that the cheapest ticket for the first home game (Liverpool) was ?38.

**Blackburn Rovers: The club says it has a "fluctuating and dynamic matchday pricing policy ... depending on fixture, circumstances etc", so no cheapest ticket price could be obtained.

38 quid for the cheapest ticket :_shocked:

    Link to story

  3. Mate do not and i mean DO NOT take this to dispute...ebay/paypal will side with the buyer and will end up with you being out of pocket and a guitar down.

The way your post reads is there has been no dispute made yet, more emails between yourself and the buyer...get the guitar back and give him his money...if it goes to an ebay/paypal dispute...you will loose both!

Trust me...ebay/paypal will side with the buyer in any dispute!

A frozen paypal account and 600 quid taking off me is proof of that....

    DONT SELL ON EBAY

  4. I'll give you Munro and Hayes.

Proctor doesn't know what he is - a perfect example of a "jack of all trades, but master of none".

Foran has regularly been head and shoulders above the rest of the team at the start of the season, but when did he last have a good game? We constantly punt the ball to him and it's all a little predictable. I'd also like to see this 20 goal promise that he made materialising.

Rooney would be satisfactory if he would take the chances he's given. How many one-on-one's has he had this season and how many of those has he scored? Given the chances that he's had this season, a decent striker would be well into the 20's so far.

I give you division one top scorers...........

    Griffiths Dundee 11

    Harkins Dundee 10

    Rooney Inverness CT 10

    Holmes Queen of South 9

    Weatherson Morton 9

    Buchanan Partick Thistle 8

Rooney as you see is the 2nd top goalscorer in the league just one of the top. So to me, when you compare him to whats around him he is one of the best strikers in the league!!!! And of course he plays for one of the best teams in the league!!!

four of those have been penalties

  5. The original uploader (this link is not the original) already explained that the residents of the street were told not to drive on the street due to it being a sheet of ice, these idiots attempted it and jumped out of a moving car. The braking part I can understand, its a panic thing but to then jump out of the car is unbelievable. Even at 5-6mph hitting a brick wall with no protection could result in very nasty injuries, not to mention they were very close to being run over by their own car!

You will always get some **** attempting something when they are told not to!

  6. Why would you want to do that? And who's to say the ICT job will be available after the first season? You cant just take over any job you like!

Not to mention it would be impossible to change player stats without going into every player and changing them!

  7. I have to agree with The Knowledge. If you can't at least try to post in English, using punctuation and grammar etc to the best of your ability, as well as posting in a normal manner (not this new line for every phrase nonsense), then you shouldn't even try at all.

This isn't a English class, if it's readable who really cares!

That's the point though, sometimes it isn't and at the bare minimum, people should at least try and make an effort.

You have no point though. If someone makes a valid point, yet it isn't in proper english or has the correct grammer does it make it any less valid? I think not.

I've yet to see one post on this forum i've not been able to read!

One thing i might suggest is when posts are either edited/deleted by mods/admins, it could be under the banner "CTO Staff" or something similar?. That way nobody knows who did it, therefore no personal attacks against the mods?

At the same time, like has been suggested before, no post counts and titles! I'm a member on several other sites and this does create a "I'm better than you mentality" especially with established members who think there views are the be all and end all, with a lot of 'established' members jumping on the bandwagon! And putting off new members??

This is a supporters website. Somewhere you can express your views and get other peoples points of view back. Not everyone will agree. But is that not the whole point of forums? Or have i missed something?

  9. looking at the strathspey site and highlandleague.net the game finished 2-1 to rothes...where are the 4 goals coming from?

nope we scored 4 in rothes goals,3 were disallowed,1 was offside, but no-one knows whats wrong with the other 2

nb was just asking, match report mentions nothing about the 3 disallowed goals
