  1. I am surprised at the negative attitude towards David Proctor, He hasn't done a lot wrong this season since recovering from injury and certainly has not made any more mistakes than other members of the defence. He has an excellent ' footballing brain ' reads the game well and his skills in interception and lay off can be first class at times.

Ross Tokely is good to have around too but I also wonder how much longer he can sustain SPL level.

Of the others yes keep them though I'm not sure about Billy Mackay either, he makes some good moves but where are the goals we expect of him?

Two excellent keepers hope they both stay, wish all our present squad could stay there is exceptional promise there.

  2. I too agree another good TB acquisition, the defence is rapidly becoming a force to be reckoned with. A lot of clean sheets to come when these lads get properly established.

Celtic will be checking up on this and I wouldn't be surprised if an offer comes in for an ICT player to try to unsettle the team before the two matches coming up.

We can call their bluff and beat them though providing there are no more injuries in the offing. We have the players and the spirit to do so.

  3. Well the positivity is flowing at last, however realism must also come into the frame ! So how about top six this season, Europe next season and Champions the next ??? after all we don't want to rush things too much.:ponder::fingers:

  4. I know we all want Johnny Hayes to stay with us, he is a good and clever player. and has been a Godsend to us.

A move eventually yes to a good strong club but not the O.F. Most of the time all they want to do is buy any threats from other teams to reduce opposition quality, they don't care about the actual player. Personally I think he is too shrewd to fall for the Celtic trap and will stay with us a while yet.

  5. Loved the game....... loved the win....... loved the Tade / Gillet Scotische...... and loved the fantastic support from the fabulous few......

Togetherness for Inverness that's the way to be!

  6. Sorry ictbob, It's a no from me too. I would rather see the ground filled at half price with our fans, roaring ICT on to victory, good results help bring in the crowds and the crowd can help the players drive on. When the right crowd comes, results will come, more tv will come and money will come.

  7. Let's put the subject to bed untill we are playing in European ties regularly and getting the sort of income from T V and attendance that will warrant a move or reconstruction of the ground, 'tll then I'm afraid it is really just pie in the sky.

We haven't reached the top six yet, We are not getting enough fans in, concentrate on that please you whizz kids and bring up some realistic ideas on how to get more fans in,

more noise and more money. In the meantime accept what we have got as adequate.

  8. There was a time in Caley history when all the supporters and fans of the club would be delighted at getting any chance to give the O. F. a red face. Here is another chance! lets will the team past Dunfemline, drop the pessimistic outlook and go for it. Celtic are not all that clever a side, they have the odd good player but we have good players too. The biggest difference between the sides is the support and encouragement behind them. Please all you lucky people that will get to the game if we get through, try and drown out the Celtic support, give our team the vocal support that is missing on most occasions, it will make a difference.

Good luck against Dunfemline I. C. T. go for it and then put the Celts in their place.

  9. Yes according to bbc and stv sports news David is leaving us, a great pity but I'm sure the club has learned a lot from his pattern of play and that is something to build on.

good luck to him I hope he does well.
