We should offer the lad who scored three in the development game a contract to the end of the season.  He was quick and a good finisher.

I thought there were a lot of positives from yesterday.  Yes, we gifted them a couple of goals - but none of us can have a go at our defence, which has been immense this season, setting a club record.  Warren, Meekings and Draper have all been superb.  We looked sharp going forward, but I was bemused by the tactics to go more narrow in the last 15 minutes.  A couple of well-taken goals for us, and on another day we could have won this.  I reckon a draw would have been a fair result.  

Davie makes a very good point.  The team simply do not get the support they deserve and have earned!  It's clear that team success is not having the impact we hoped for, so I'd like to see the club try some radical initiatives - e.g. £10 tickets in December, kids for a quid etc. - to try and get numbers up.  I appreciate there may a short-term financial hit, but it would get a lot more people through the gates.  It would be much better for the team to get 5,000 attendance on £10 tickets, than 2,700 on £20 (I know a lot of people are season holders, but more for less is more - if you get my point - though less financially perhaps - but maybe not if it takes off  )

This is a golden age for ICT, with the best team we've ever had.  We've got to make the most of it.  Let's try some different approaches and see what works.

We are getting a reputation for being boring and defensive. Yogi set it up for a draw and we got what we deserved.  Did their keeper have to make a single save?

Yogi will have some questions to answer as to why he has approached this game with such negative tactics.  Really disappointing

Really enjoyed that.  Bit of a game of chess first half, but then we stepped it up and Killie couldn't cope.  Pleased for Meekings getting MoM - he's been outstanding so far - as they all have.  Onwards and upwards! - oops....

Congratulations Ryan! - well deserved.

Wouldn't be surprised if Watkins isn't on the radar for the Wales squad at some stage, if he keeps putting in performances like Saturday's and against Motherwell.

Yes - good performance today, although against a flaky side. Everyone played well.  Great to see Mckay and Christie get on the scoresheet, and Watkins was very unlucky a minute after coming on.  Roll on Wednesday!

To be absolutely blunt, Yogi's personal target should be to still be our manager in January!  If he achieves this, we will have played some good football and got some decent results.  We have the squad to do this - in fact we have the squad to make Europe IMO - but only if they play in position and produce quality football (which is not judged by the quantity of passes!). The test of a good manager is the ability to listen to, and learn from his players, and to change things when they are not working. 

Here's hoping.....

It's not exactly motivational is it? 'If we stay up we'll be happy'.  That's really going to boost the gate, along with tip-tap-yawn footie. 

 

Glad Yogi has worked this out, quote from the Highland News today "It’s all about ball retention. If we have the ball there is every chance that we’ll score a goal. If our opponents have the ball the chances are they will score so when we lose the ball we get it back quickly and long may that continue. That said, we look to get it better still"   

Water retention would be more apt

Surely the club should vet what Yogi is going to say to the tabloids before he meets up with them
