Not going to worry about the other teams results much tonight. Another great win for us and what a fine run we are on. The Dumbarton double header is up next and these two games are simply massive. They seemed to have pulled their finger out lately and we will have to be at our best to get points. I hate double header games but if we manage to pick up results against them I don't think there will be enough Guinness in Inverness for when i come over next weekend

Fantastic result today. Glad there was no cup hangover for the team and they have kept focused. The recent results are adding to my excitement for my trip over in a few weeks. As already said the Tuesday night game is a big one now. Hopefully we can pounce on them as they lick their wounds from their derby defeat today. Must approach with caution though

Curtis Allen netted a goal today in a 4-1 win for Glentoran away to Ards today. Goal number 22 of the season for him

always nice to win something it may not be the biggest cup in the world but its better than ending a hard season with nothing. And a 90th min winner is always sweet

Belfast Brigade, I admire your spunk and dedication to the cause. Lang may yer lum reek, laddie. You are an inspiration to all the others who are either lukewarm or flatter to deceive in terms of their affiliation or affection for our wonderful team.
I take it you were born in Scotland though were you not?

Kind regards from a currently beautiful sunny day in British Columbia, Canada.
weather looks lovely. Maybe time to break out the BBQ? And i was not born in Scotland. Born and raised in Northern Ireland. I have Scottish heritage but none coming from inverness. Just happened to come across this wonderful club and traveled to watch them play in turn falling in love with the wonderful place that is inverness

I'm struggling as it is to get enthusiastic about going to this. Reminds me of the dilemma I had about whether to vote in the EU referendum. Nothing to do with my trip to Rome for the rugby next weekend either. Only the chance to catch up with my Perth resident daughter that swings it for me.
Apart from the article on the back page of the IC rag today promoting free tickets for kids under 12, I'm not aware of efforts even to get ST holders to go never mind attracting the occasional glory hunters we need to help make up the numbers.

If your looking for an extra because your a season ticket holder your in luck. They go on sale a day before the general public.
I'm really looking forward to this one actually. I think it will be a tough match and Dumbarton clearly look like they are up for it.
Trust me when i say no one has ever labeled me a glory hunter for supporting ICT. Even at the scottish cup final most ask the story of how i became a supporter and find it rather interesting. But unfortunately this glory hunter is missing the irn bru cup final due to work but i booked myself flight over for our last home game in April against Dunfermline looking like a nothing game at this point.. . . . . Canne wait!

Curtis Allen has brought his goal tally for the season to 20 with 2 goals in a 5-0 home win over Warrenpoint on the 27/02/18 and one more in a 2-2 draw away to Glenavon on the 10/03/18

we were night and day there first and second half. we could have went in 6 up at HT and in the second half we could have let in 4 or 5. We completely switched off that second half and very nearly paid the price for it. If i was Robbo i would be in the dressing room after the final whistle giving the team a boot up the arse! If we want to win the final we have to play a full 90 min game not just 45 mins. We looked like professionals the first half and a pub team the second. That being said its another final. So can the SPLF please not feck this final fixture up as much as they did the semi and give us traveling supporters plenty of notice to make arrangements or am i living in coo coo land where things make sense?

Curtis Allen scored a goal for Glentoran in a 2-1 irish cup win over Lurgan Celtic yesterday

seen a video of Dave the Raves parting speech. A sad say, really liked the guy very down to earth and had some cracking games for us in the past and of course i'll never forget that semi final goal. Time stood still at the moment and i'll never forget it. All the best to him in the future

Only spotted 2 goalscorers today (26 Dec) ....
Curtis Allen for Glentoran and
Phil Roberts for Braintree
Bit of debate on the 2 glens goals today. Allen certainly scored with the first one and possibly the second as he claimed it. As it stands at the moment it's 1 for Allen and a OG as the glens won 2-1 over linfield

It wasn't a classic by any means but after coming over with the game in doubt of being on i was well pleased it was. As already said by others we are really lacking up front and i really hope we can get a decent striker in January . . . . Where that striker would come from is the big question. Thought we looked quite solid at the back and midfield was ok you could tell Vigurs absence was felt. It was good to see us play some nice passing football again too. Its been a while since i seen us pass the ball about like that in the flesh instead of the hoof ball we played under Foran. I took part in the Hospitality for the first time and i couldn't say a bad thing about it. It was nothing short of fantastic and i enjoyed every moment of it. I'll certainly be doing it again in future. A great win for us to pick up and it's always good to come all the way and see us get a win. That topped off another brilliant trip over and i can't wait to get another game booked!

Sitting in the airport now waiting on my flight over. I'd be gutted if this game gets called off. We would make a day of it anyway but this is my first trip over since August so I really wanna see the team in the flesh again
