  1. every time we go up a division the word is 'roscoe is a legend and has been brillliant for us but maybe its just beyond him now'. i'm sure it was said when we left the 3rd, then the 2nd and i def thought it when we went to the spl first time. however true to his superman monocur he has managed it every time. even the falkirk game has been forgiven him.

if i'm honest at right back i don't think he'd manage it this time, however at centre back i think its right, as in our last cycle of games we were supperb at the back and the partnership seems to be pretty solid.

so for me roscoe gets a  :023:

not sure about golly but who'da thought he'd be back at all. so give him a go. no one think eagle will be sticking around?

  2. gotta admit i was one of those who thought he was rubbish for scotland. always played at right back, badly! and i thought tokely deserved that spot (I was young!) either way with seeing him for burnley playing in defensive midfield thought he was brilliant. penalty machine! great addition IF we could get him. that said he's maybe a bit above our level  more likely to be old firm/edinburgh material i fear. aim high terry aim high.

  3. Just back to weegieville from the game

we were made to work today. but so good to still come away with it, the players ran themselves into the ground. one or two (no names being mentioned  ) looked shattered at the end. fantastic effort and fantastic celebrations at the end. terry knew that meant a lot and came to show it to the fans. terrific brilliant to see.

rosco didn't let the beast get a sniff, won everything in the air, was brilliant, foran though the MotM for me, 3 assists can't disagree with that, worrying knock towards the end but fingers crossed its all good.

sending off was stonewaller, last man sliced hayes in two. rooney's goals were well taken and again he ran and hounded like a man possessed. munro's goal was from a fierce head height cross, got his head on it and diverted it in. came running to the fans causing stewards to appear all over the shop. brilliant, no problems.

only down/worrying side for me was the torrid time proctor was given by their number 8, seemed to be at sixes and sevens half the time. hayes doesn't provide the physical cover for him unfort. but who cares we won. i began believing after the first 3-1 defeat of QoS now its set in stone.

    COMON THE CALEY!!!!!!

    p.s. well done county.

  4. must say if we have to lose black we do have the cover, having the mighty keogh back is like a new player, bring in rankin and its a two for one swap really with duncan and hart beginning to look like they might cut it at this level, the future looks bright (hopefully not orange for anyone!). losing proctor could be a blow in the long run but is he really likely to stick around and wait for rosco to, heaven for bid, flounder a little? i doubt it! as has been said to hold onto the machine and dargo is the important thing!
