Hate clicking on links for the P&J (and Courier) far too many pop ups / ads / subscribe to this / subscribe to that...so I didn't. Can you spill the beams? Who's in?

I remember sitting in a Glasgow bar that night feeling quite depressed despite what we’d just achieved - I thought this was it, the pinnacle of our achievements, the best we could probably ever be and it would never be quite as good again.
It would have been no surprise to anyone if we didn’t win a major trophy for another decade, or flirt with relegation to the Championship a few times like County, however, I could never have dreamed that we could fall from grace so far, so quickly and so easily. In essence eventually ruined by one selfish, inept and incompetent idiot while others we trusted with the safe running of our club turned their heads the other way.
Ross Morrison has to accept responsibility for his part in allowing Gardiner the freedom to cause so much pain and damage. The evidence is overwhelming, you have an opportunity Ross to take the first steps in putting things right, sack Gardiner now!
No further delays or excuses, just get on with it and maybe you’ll find you come out of this in a far better place than where you find yourself today.
I think I was in the same pub lol. I too thought that was as far as we could go. And so it proved. That great team went it's separate ways in search of a better wage and who wouldn't to be fair. We lost the momentum of the Cup win and entered the downward spiral with no brakes.
I listened to the latest pod. Those guys do a fantastic job and I'm sorry I haven't listened to them more during the season. I congratulate them on the RM interview. I think you have to feel for the guy [RM]. A true Invernesian who's pride must be in tatters. However, surely he has the power to get rid of those that are dragging this club down..no?
As for DF - I am 100% certain we will not get out of League 1 with him in charge. No chance. He hasn't got a clue. So, DF, prove me wrong.

You've all been reasonably well behaved so far despite the anger and frustration. Lets keep it that way....please.

If Charlie and Grassa have indeed resigned and given the fact that season ticket holders are in the main not renewing what are thoughts on Centenary Club? Do all the funds from that get directed to Community Trust?
I was of the understanding that funds helped youth development? I could be wrong.

For those going to the meeting tonight please have a listen to the Pod Cast first. TWS has brought it all home to me about the strength of feeling about this shambolic situation. It's a long one but, if nothing else, listen to the Falkirk guy, John McInally, [1.13.50]. His side spent 5 season in L1 and tells it like it is. Also take in Lee Tarling's thoughts [2.08.41] it'll have you in tears if you are a true ICT fan.

New TWS podcast out now! Wonder what they could be talking about...?
As mentioned somewhere else (X I think) I've not listened to TWS in a good while but felt compelled to tune in to this one. I'm glad I did. It was excellent and very emotional. Well done to all who contributed. For those that haven't tuned in yet, please do so.

Well done to the young man. Great wee player. I only managed one game this season and didn't really feel anyone deserved a vote

Maybe I'll just be selfish and get the grounds I've never been to in the book. Montrose, Annan (a home game for me ), Dumbarton, Cove Rangers and...yes....Kelty Hearts.

50 new members is very encouraging indeed. Lets get more. It's only a fiver which, in some parts of this country, is less than the price of a pint of beer. Strength in numbers is what we need right now. Just do it.

50 years ago Thistle were wrongly refused entry to the Scottish league, with the reason given that Inverness was too far to travel for visiting clubs!
Maybe that was a case 50 years ago as road and rail were a lot slower back then. Defo not the case these days. Still a feeble excuse nonetheless.

Made a good start on BBC Scotland Drivetime tonight.
I wonder if that's available on the BBC Sounds app? What time (ish) was it on?

When I first read the statement my immediate reaction was 'kinda makes sense and not make sense'. Now the dust has settled a little I can safely say I think I've witnessed the death of our club today. We are a shambles and no longer 'Pride of the Highlands', more a laughing stock. The club is nothing without supporters. Dropping down to League 1 was bad enough but this puts the cherry on the icing of the cake. The club needs a clear out, an 'Uncle Roy' and a miracle.

It says nothing. At least we remain full time for now. Changes need to be made. If we start the League One season with the same people in charge than I fear we'll fall even further. The sad/bad times are here for a good while yet I fear.

I don't think I was ever confident that we could get past Hamilton. An early goal for us would have, possibly, set the scene but when we gave the ball away after 12 seconds....from our k.o....what little confidence I had drained away. An awful day in ICT history. As someone quoted somewhere..from Europe to Annan in 9 years. We never built on that success and the blame for that has to lie at the top. League 1 football next season it is then and all on plastic pitches I believe. A clear out is needed but the biggest fear in my heart is...will we survive as a club?

That was my first game of the season and my first chance to see with my own eyes how gash ICT have become. That was one awful unentertaining game and by far the worst I've seen from the team I support. No passion, no urgency, no desire, no creativity...nothing. Square balls across the back line time after time. Can't keep possession. Can't shoot. Two game against a part time outfit and we can only bag one goal. There needs to be drastic improvement against Hamilton and I fully believe Dunc is incapable of doing that with this bunch of players. Hamilton will be a tough hurdle to overcome and I fear the worse.
