Premierleague sponsor Bank of Scotland’s search to find a mascot for Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC has received an overwhelming response from primary school children across the Highlands. The competition launched last month, has seen over 650 children submit designs to Bank of Scotland. The winning entry will be produced during the summer and will become the official Inverness Caledonian Thistle official mascot from the start of season 2005/2006. The judging panel of Adele Mills, Sponsorship Manager at Bank of Scotland, Kenneth Mackie, Chairman of Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Julyan Sinclair, presenter of Scotsport SPL, had a difficult task but eventually managed to decide on a short list of three designs.
