Player of the Year 2006-07

Barry Wilson has now been confirmed as the CaleyThistleOnline.com Internet Supporters' Player of the Year for season 2006/2007. With only three sets of votes still to be tallied, the veteran winger cannot now be caught in the standings thanks in part to man of the match performances in April from Richie Hart and Craig Dargo who had both been a lot further down the rankings.

Nobody has won this award more than once so Barry will become the seventh different winner of the trophy in its seven seasons of existence. Bobby Mann, Barry Robson, Stuart Golabek, Liam Keogh, Ross Tokely and Craig Dargo have won it in previous seasons.

Player of the Month for April was a tight one with Craig Dargo managing to pip Richie Hart to that honour by a single vote.

Richie has recently come back into the side and was chosen by site users as the Man of the Match in the April games against Falkirk and Motherwell

However, Craig Dargo managed to beat him to the award by virtue of a massive vote for his performance against Motherwell.

John Rankin was the third ranked player for the month with Richard Hastings and Graham Bayne completing the top 5 players for April.
