Quarter Final Draw

Caley Thistle have been drawn against Falkirk in the Quarter Final of the Homecoming Scottish Cup

Both clubs are struggling at the foot of the SPL table and the stats between them dont show any advantage to either side with the 14 SPL meetings between the sides showing 6 wins apiece and two draws.

When both sides were in the SFL, Falkirk had the edge, winning 10 of the 20 meetings between the sides compared to Caley Thistle's 4 wins. There were six draws.

Crucially, the only two cup meetings between the sides - both in the League Cup - have ended in 1-0 Falkirk victories. According to the ICT official website, the tie will take place on Saturday 7th March.

Holders Rangers still have to get past Forfar, but if they do will face Hamilton Accies at Ibrox. Celtic will face Motherwell or St Mirren, and in the other tie, Airdrie Utd or Dunfermline will face Aberdeen or East Fife.
