The news has been out there for more than a week so to come on today and call him a fat, bald bum fondler and have a title that talks of ICT taking it up the bum for Elton makes it homophobic in my book which is why it was edited. I should have gone with my first inclination which was to delete it entirely. I wont make that mistake again.

I edited the content & title rather than deleting it as I felt the subject (minus the inappropriate comments) was worthy of discussion and hoped it might develop into a normal thread for once. Obviously I was wrong and yet again it seems that normal threads cannot exist or develop on this site any more.  so, the thread is being closed.

Some days I question whether its worth bothering with a forum at all - it really is more hassle than its worth.
