Cadgers Brae for us. Not really walking distance from the ground though.
is there not a wee pub or social club we could all meet in like at the hamilton game rather than a chain like brewers fayre?
will they let the hoards in?
-
can i????
that would be brill....
fancy a wee trip to falkirk?
and i'm not an older relative of yours!!!
oh and has it got instructions?
-
anyone know where i can get a cheap one? or does anyone have one i can borrow for a week or 3?
my super dooper fabby dabby new one died last night (and i nearly did too...) and the only one i have at the moment is an old brick that needs charging every hour...
the good one is off for repair but i could do with something till it comes back. doesn't need to be all singing all dancing funnily enough...
edited to add - my sim is an o2 one...

NIN and jane's addiction now announced - it's getting a wee bit better now!!
don't suppose there's a hope in h*ll of rammstein being there...

That is / was as good as it gets. Here are some of the memories that make me smile:
Hissy's goal against Clyde.
The final whistle as we beat St Johnstone.
Bazza's volley at the Well QF.
Bagans goal at Tynie.
Harts run and cross - Denzil's finish against Cellic.
Dargos volley at Castle Greyskull.
Bayne chipping Letizi at Castle Greyskull.
Rankin's long ranger to feck the Huns.
Cowie makes it 3-2
Proctors winner at Easter Road.
Now I will stop and recall - any more ?
there must be some!

Okay after much deliberation and even more persuasion from Maimie, I have decided to go tomorrow. We're going down by train and staying over. Should have time for a bit of shopping in the afternoon before meeting up with the troops for pre match drinkies.
Really looking forward to it now.
just a bit??????? :thumb04:

There's an ASDA store just of the M8 only aq few minutes walk from the ground. You could always park there.
you can't park at asda on match days....

might head for donington next year or even sweden... heck rockness would be better!
The cheapest option would be Vampires Rock at Eden Court!
Saw it the other night for the first time. Corny as hell, but great fun for us old rockers.
saw it at eden court last year - brill!
a few of us got dressed up too...

Cant wait for the Prodigy and Biffy, other than that i think the line ups pretty poor so far.
Prodigyare playing the Main Stage on Saturday night, doubt that'll clash with Placebo?
seen them 4 times now and keep going back though i've always been a wee bit disappointed in them live...
-
think this will be my last year....
really disappointed by the line up. no imagination and 5000 additional happy campers... rip-off geoffrey indeed
rumour was that NIN were going to play but that fell through at the last minute.
might head for donington next year or even sweden... heck rockness would be better!

Elbow, seldom seen kid. There's enough bangin' beat to keep Maimie just about awake, and a bit o' poetic licence to keep me going.
Grand
thought about going to see them in edinburgh and i bought the album. like it a fair bit but not ready for sit down gigs yet!!!

After retiring as a player, did it ever cross your mind to get your boots back on and have another go?
no i had a very good career played 801 games and had been in 1st team football for nearly 20 seasons and had been diagnosed with arthiritis in my ip at 29 years old so when i retired i knew it was time and had no regrets at all honestly i spent thelast 6 months 99/2000 playing reserve football with livi skids and it was nice way to ease myself out helping the youngsters learn the game
little slip there folks it was meant to read LIVI'S KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oops
it's what's known as a freudian slip jr!!

People with good business acumen are whats required. If thats a headhunter then so be it.
Very true. However I've dealt with quite a few people in his industry and they generally don't have a great deal of business acumen, just a great deal of greed. A bit like most football agents in fact. I trust he's better than the ones I've encountered.
BTW, when I read that he goes to many away games I was expecting to see a face I would recognise. Is it just me? Maybe he goes to the posh seats.
me to!!
