If the last 2 comments in particular are going to be typical of the quality of postings on the new website, then it's time to consider whether I want to continue pareticipating on the site. They are, quite frankly, pathetic and juvenile.

I have a right to my opinion just as much as anyone else, I've grown up with years healthy rivalry with County just as they have had with ICT...... adds to banter and makes games against County of greater importance and worth looking forward to, there are many changes to football as we know it i.e smoking in stadiums, terracing, stadium capacity, standing in stadiums, stupid alterations to the offside rule and now you want to ban hatrid towards our arch-rivals :?

You are also forgetting to mention that if the tinks ever made it into the SPL their stadium woudn't be up to regulations and judging by their financial position they could not afford to expand leaving the only alternative as a ground share at TCS :shock:

I NEVER want to witness the day that a **** sits in the home section of our stadium.....

absoloutley spot on.. I've been saying this for a while now!

We play better when we are forced into it. We don't have enough creative players to utilise the extra space and this lets other teams take the initiative.

A decent article and nice to get an insight into at least some of the Chairman's thoughts.

We all know DS and I think I would be right in saying that the majority of us trust him to deliver when it comes to taking care of the bottom line on the accounts.

However, I think that the articles fails to address some of what I see as the "Real" issues which have occurred this season. Not a single mention of developing or strengthening the relationship with the fans which have slowly been eroded in the last 18 months or so. He makes mention and criticises the views of the fans who think the club have failed on the park in any way this season, no mention of the views of the fans who think the club are failing off the park. In particular the actions of certain stewards, the poor management of the turnstiles, lack of information, lack of fan consultation etc.

The article seems to be a chest beating exercise - "Look at Me, Look what I am Doing" - that's great Mr Sutherland, but it's not what your doing that concerns me, it's what your not doing.

What do you expect???

He is obviously going to try and promote the achievements that the club has made over the last 2 seasons rather than point out the negatives. Seems more important to me that the club focuses on the things we are doing right for the time being until we have established ourselves as an SPL club,....

is charlie ever going to play him? he hasnt even come on as a sub yet,and with him just signing until the end of the season how is charlie gonig to know what hes like in a match if he doesnt play him?why not take him on yesterday instead of mcallister?

I don't understand why McCallister gets so much stick on this board, he gives 110% whenever he comes on the park and has come very close to scoring the last couple of occasions he has come on as a sub.

He is still a young player and I have no doubt he will have a much bigger impact on the team next season.

So far we have Broonie, Duncan, Tokely and Wyness all definites for next year... so no matter what we at least have the backbone of our team!!

Mann can come back if Dods leaves - he'd be alright cover for Caff.

Would definately be a good squad player doubt his misses would let him leave Dundee again though

I expect CC to make his mark on the team by signing 3 or 4 new players.

With Caldwell heading to the tims Hibs will be looking for a big centre half and unfortunately I can't think of a better candidate than Dodsy, even though Caff is a straight replacement we will still need a squad player. (Hopefully not Paul Ritchie)

If we can't get Rankin we will need another creative midfielder to give us more options.

I still think Hart's best position is centre mid and with possibly Barry's last season I would like to see a young pacey right winger.

Maybe a target man also..... Nish from Killie????
