Absolutely cracking day. Just been out on my bike along the Gala Water.

Excellent post-match analysis.

One thing the County result yesterday has done is put football outwith Central Scotland on the map and made some people (particularly in the media) sit up and take note. Whether this continues or they fall back into their weegie centric coverage is quite another matter altogether.

I wonder if yesterday's game at Palmerston might merit a mention in the STV News on Monday night.
Their coverage of ICT's successful run lately has been dreadful. All they're interested in or can be bothered covering is Aberdeen, Dundee Utd and St. Johnstone. No doubt their victory at Hampden will be covered but it'll be interesting to see how much coverage ICT get.

I saw TB's passion for the cause on Tuesday night at Cappielow and yesterday was just further evidence. I totally believe that he believes !
COME ON THE CALEY JAGS !

Aye, a great result for us after a sticky start. The support was great yesterday afternoon - no wonder Terry and the boys came over to applaud us after the game. We are their 12th man no mistake.
We should be making no claims to the title and SPL status yet - we must never get over confident at this stage. One thing for sure is we and the other competing teams have made the 1st Division title race far more exciting and interesting that the totally dull SPL title race.
A cracking afternoon for football too - these are the conditions ideal for playing a game. Summer football must come.

Hoping to make it tomorrow.

Have a safe journey down guys.

Fab news. Doesn't sound like we can play our normal Barca type game with that amount of water about though.
Good point. A quagmire might favour the Morton.
-
I am more inclined to an Ashers pie or two!
Two Ashers pies - that's the ideal luncheon.
-
We are the Dogs Bollocks....nae, we are the Butchers Dogs Bollocks.
Bring on Morton!!!
Indeed we are the aforementioned at the moment, as long as we don't get too cocky !

John MacCormack "parted company" with Clyde today as relegation seemed inevitable.
-
Excellent highlights - full credit to the cameraman and the editor. I like the ICT-TV heading too.

Too right Good Luck to our boys.
They must know that the whole of Sneckie is behind them in their fantastic adventure in the SFL 1st Division.

I just bought a say aye to a "killie Pie" from Aldi for ?1.20. Buy one of those and ask them to heat it up for you at the game, ( Its got heating instructions on the packet so they can't f*ck it up)
I recommend them
Aye, the best pies in Scottish football, no doubt about that.

Aye, looking at the top of the Division 1 table gives you a warm and satisfying feeling.

I used to love getting a pie and bovril at the back of the Howden End, aaaaaaaaaaah those were the days.
Aye... that was some smell in the Howden End in these days! :004:
If the powers that be at The Dump ever get round to thinking about marketing, what a great name for the refreshment counter - "The Howden End".

I thought Jud dod a good job. at least he sounded chirpy and alive etc, especially compared to that of late! Music was naff tho
It's not an easy job and if nobody else wants to do it and it's foisted on you then that's worse. He did not bad yesterday I thought and was up to speed with the ICT and Raith scorers. Music was a no-no. We need some rock to get the fans going pre-match and at half-time. How about some AC/DC, Deep Purple, Motorhead or ZZ Top ?
-
We could learn a great deal from Killie in the pies department. Theirs are legendary throughout football, and always hot too ! Very hot !!!
-
All too often forgotten on the subject are the serious public health aspects of serving up badly heated, reheated and half defrosted pies to the fans.
They better watch out in case the local food hygiene people get wind of this sort of thing going on.
-
Just take it one game at a time. Never count your chickens until they're hatched.

Aye, the smiling lady steward was such a change and a refreshing one too.
I am smitten !

It's not rocket science to get this sort of thing right. If fans are left feeling they've been ripped off and are being given a sub-standard product then it reflects badly on the club. When it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction, Scottish football clubs are in the dark ages.
