  1. Any one got any old punk or New Wave music badges lying in a box.

I collect & trade in badges so i'm always on the look out for them; particularly Damned badges.

If you have any you want rid off, sell or want to swap then message me here or at Newwavebadges@yahoo.co.uk

Anything considered so if your not sure if your badges are new wave, rock or pop then message me anyway

    Cheers

  2. 1.Richie Foran's Injury time winner v  Raith

2.Lennon's bottle kick after beating celtic 3-2

    3.Rankin's screamer v Rangers ( oh wow!)

    4. Last 10 minute mayhem v Hearts at Tynecastle after goalie was sent off.

    5. Foran's last minute equaliser v County in the cup

  3. Some great memories listed by all but for me the most memorable moment in ICT history has to be; after months of wrangling, watching a new team; Caledonian Thistle walking out of the tunnel at Telford Street on Aug 13th 1994 to play Arbroath in our first competitive league match and the subsequent 5-2 home win.

I was in the Howden end and standing a few feet away were 2 or 3 obvious Thistle fans who quietly booed under their breathe so not to get abuse. Having never stood on this stand before they were clearly nervous as the game went on, but you could feel a change in them as we took Arbroath apart and the ball started to hit the back of the net. By the end they were pretty much cheering the team on.

  4. I met Yogi through my job when I first moved to Edinburgh in 1999(He was player with Hibs at the time). He's a really nice bloke and always spent several minutes chatting to me about ICT. I got the impression he had a soft spot for us.

My only concern with his appointment would be the loss of the "player network" we had under TB!

He has some huge boots to fill as well as a momentum to maintain!

    Good luck to him!

  5. Live match commentary is on our (the media teams) list of things we want to be providing and it will come....we just can't (yet) give a commitment as to "when".

Cost is the biggest limiting factor.  The equipment needed would be an easy £3k, but probably nearer £4k by the time you add in accessories etc.

Operating via an internet connection is not feasible due to bandwidth/reliability (or should I say, lack of bandwidth/reliability)...both at our own and other stadiums.

hmm! I know people who broadcast their own radio shows with Winamp, a mic & Itunes! They don't seem to have any problems with bandwidth etc. The Glensound boxes are a nice piece of kit. Try Moray Firth or BBC Highland. They have kit like that lying about!

I'm sure there is a cheaper solutions out there Caley D

  6. To be honest im only really bothered about the bridge over the Ness. Its such a stunning place it doesn't need a seventh bridge.

I'm sure the Brahan Seer made a prophecy about a 7th bridge over the Ness and it flowing with Blood. There was a bridge near the old Slaughterhouse so maybe that's what he meant. Anyway I digress!!

  7. Im sure like me you have taken a stroll on the river Ness or the Canal. 2 areas of Inverness pretty much unspoiled in a long time. Well there is a proposal to add New Road and bridges to the canal and River Ness. I for one; albiet an ex pat, find this just wrong.   Add your voice, share with your FB/Tweeter friends.
