I must say im impressed by Burley. He dosen't care if SPL players play for the old firm or not like previous managers...he simply picks them if there playing well for there team which i like.

No suprise that they want Gillespie too. Considering he scored one of the greatest goals ever against them last year.

I think it's safe to say that 2 of there 3 goals were fortunate..and as for he 3rd goal well everyone including Uniteds wally defence stopped and stood when Offiong slipped. Its as if they thought he had died or something.

Take nothing away from there style of play though. Hopefully we may have a new face to introduce by Saturday. But if we play as well as Pittodrie and the fans get right behind the lads throughout the day im confident we can regain top spot.......boy it felt good to say that

He gets a lot of criticism but I like Dailly as a player in a back 3 (or 5 if you prefer). But there's no way he or McCulloch should have been in a midfield position with Hemdani not getting a game.

Hemdanis been told he can leave Rangers. He is totally out of Walters plans. Apparently many teams have looked at him but his wage demands have scared them off.

Christian Kalvenes was Brews signing at Dundee United and look at what sort of a player he turned out to be.

Scandanavia has brought some great players into the SPL in the past. Mayb'e we should be looking over there for possible players.

Milne would be a good edition but not Buchanan due to some off his problems of the pitch. Scott Cuthbert or Darren O' Dea would be ok i suppose. But Considine....paired up with McGuire .

Steven Robb and Tom Brighton, then there's some other guy called Wyness. I mistakenly believed Brittain had been signed for the Saints but of course he's left them. Due to his injuries, I'd completely forgotten he had been signed for them!

Tom Brightons a striker and never reached a more than a 5 goal a season tally in his life and Robb spends more time on an injury table than a football field. How are they good signings? Only good signing Saints made was Jack Ross and even then he's nearly 32.

If we get even a point in a positive manner at Pittodrie on Saturday i think that will set us in good sights for the Hamilton and Hibs games.

Our squad still needs real strengthening though!

I don't really see why they were looked on as regular goalscorers because neither of them were paticuarly prolific for any of there previous clubs.

Although in saying that i suppose Dargo wasn't when we signed him and look what we brought out in him.

I always saw Niculae as more of an inspirational player if you know what i mean, he always had an extra trick or two or that sharper insntinct and he always tryed to make something happen...if he had been sharper in front of goal and we all know he had plenty chances a player of his standards should put away to add to his tally he would have been looked upon as an even better player...mayb'e even gone for more money.

Deano at the end of the day was just a waste of a wadge.

I think people say we need a replacment for Marius because he was quite a creative striker and he had more chance of competing for long balls and such.

Teletext are rather unreliable for any Scottish team apart from the old firm.

Thats how you could tell Niculae was going to Dinamo because the day he did it said on Teletext we had a rejected an offer from Dinamo for him.

He hasn't said this at all.

I'm not saying HE is considering move to either of those places.

But those are the only teams intrested in him right now.

And if u mean the extending his say part then yes he did. He gave an interview in the courier about 2 months ago saying he wasn't intrested in doing anything other than staying at Caley.
