Correct.... Especially since Scotland got its devolved parliament... There is now a general feeling throughout England that much more money is handed out to the Scots than to the English. There is also resentment that Scots MPs can vote on matters pertaining to England, but English MPs cannot vote on Scottish matters. The only solution for this anomaly of course would be complete independence for Scotland..... :014:
