  1. Heres how I see Barrowloads now I've had a think about it, SFL2 Goal machine...... yanked from his level and thrown in to the deep end up in the SPL, he lost his edge/confidance as he was out of his leauge, still gaining experiance playing and training at the highest level, now weve dropped a level, hes got the senior leauge behind him and is playing at a more acceptable level, all he needs now is his confidance.. and we'll have a goal scorer again..
  2. IMO in the second half young Ross fed well in to the box even taking the ball in to the box himself...
  3. I wont be there, but when i bought my ST the lady said, if i called them or popped in mid week before, my Seat could be bought for the game.. She also said they were looking in to some kinda E-Mail for ST holders to offer the seats... as a perk to having a ST you got first refusle, however this has never happend, but I did get my seat via the office when i called up mid week, it was in the Shop waiting on match day..
  4. Y fank you...
  5. I do think its a fair point, We do have some Ropey takers.....
  6. After a lengthy debate with the Steward, she allowed us to stand up until the kick off whistle. Then to be honest, most of the first half we had no need to stand up, Apart from when the song If you hate Mike Smith Stand up If you hate Mike Smith Stand up?.. A handful of fans not just in Section G stood up, the steward at Section G just smiled and nodded?.
  7. Dude, If it was against the "Law" why was it then, that the 2 police officers did nothing during the game? One was a tall lad and the other a rather nice looking young WPC.. They did walk past a good few times during the game looking up, the WPC even gave a couple of Smiles when the younglings were having abit of banter.. But nothing was said or done by the the Law Enforcement team.....This to me tells me that its Rules not Law.. So whos the rule makers?
  8. :D I will take that as a Complamint.. Foxes or Murry im not fussed which, Maybe I'm trying to hold on to what youth i may have left (31 soon...) But to be held with such regard as to fall up in to the IHE's leauge that is just too great a Complamint.. thank you. :D :D Oh and Top Six, I beleve that TB is a proud man, and has said he is proud of us fans buying STicket in such numbers. I beleve that it would bother him that we would even think about handing them back over "the fans" being told to stop the standing, the banter, and enjoying there self.. After all i have never once said its the Team thats IMO wrong, but it is the Club spoiling it for us... Well Me..
  9. Reel your line back in and try for a bite over there dude.
  10. Gordy, @ half time it took every Oz of myself respect to stay, having had the Stewards pi%%ing on the bondfire, to then be 0-3 down.. I'd only just a couple of weeks ago had a pop at the folk who'd left early the time before at home in the leauge, I'd bet TB wouldnt be a happy bunny if season tickets did start being returned.... MaryHill - I just think the boycott route can only be detrimental to the club, it would be but then maybe something would be done about the way Fans are treated and looked apon by some up above, after all we pay there wages too and pay to enjoy out match day exsperiance.....Oh and I didnt take it personal, it just wanted to clear up incase you thought i was one of our teen posters.. all be it they can spell better :D
  11. Just dont make a sound when you pick one out the wrapper.
  12. Im not one of those, in the first Div im pritty sure the banter wasnt so fround apon, I think football in the 1st is a better game, I have no problems with the first....... and i do remember what it was like big yin...
  13. Scotty, Just to get this right, Reading your Teams Rules... They want you to have fun??? that makes no sence?? lol
  14. How do i join the list for a ticket? hows the banter over your way Scotty? Oh my, god forgive you might have a... dare i say it.... A good time at a match there Scotty
  15. by wanting to stay away from a crowd, no no, if i was seeking it, id sit in a clown suit in the town center, Im just looking for a discussion on the thoughts of other posters...
  16. Sir C, I hear you dude!!
  17. under whos rule did most leave the team for pastures greener....
  18. I was going to say big yin... i wont tell you my seat number let alone my house number lol, I live in the rough part of lossie anyway, bigger boys will eat you!!
  19. aye so dont try and rob me that day, i'll be at home with the radio on and a bit angry.
  20. Thats a fair comment, you might be on to somthing there, however the letter writing takes to long and as i found myself writing RE Rooster, got me no where. Mainstander, if you are unhappy with the supporters of the club you are free to find a club with non swearing non standing fans, China National Squads maybe your best bet.. Dan, thanks for your words dude, Anyway, It looks like its just me, but hey ho, I'll be a few quid better off and not so pissed off come sunday night at being told by stewards to stop enjoying myself, i can get updated on here and enjoy the banter here...
  21. :D :clapping03: Thats the point, I was at The Hood V's Scunthorp about 3 years ago, it was awsome the fans/ the banter everything!! IMO it was somthing we could learn from there... Friend your right it wont make a jot of difference but for me its a point i want to make, and also shows how much a difference we as individual fans make... not a jot!
  22. Mainstander, its not about the quality of the team im pee'd about, its the whole gypo thing, the lads in the singing section being muzzled, told to stop with all the banter/moral stuff, I couldnt care less if we were a 3rd div team, the cracks been awsome the last few games ive been to, not the moral police have cottened on and are trying to stop it with threats of the police..... pish Oh and mainstander, i am doing my best not to improve my warning % so im just going to ignore you high and almighty attitude to this, and im not going to drag this off topic, I sit in Section G for the banter.... you sit in the mainstand as you dont like to hear bad language at a football match... your right i guess. no where in my OP did i say harm the team, or anything about the team, just the board trying to restrict the banter.
  23. Lets just hope that man isnt warning us.... we are at best a leauge 1 side... lower leauge one at that ATM
  24. as for the font, sorry about that, its what Word2003 did it in... doh!
  25. Im just saying how i feel due to the restrictions now being brourgt to the front reducing the moral for me in the section threat of the police for having fun..., im not having a go at any one thats not going to boycott, I feel that me not going wont make any difference but to me i'll be a few quid better off, not so pee'd off at having to sit and listen to the steward telling the lads of the rules and threats of the police, my seat will be sat in im sure anyway... My reason is because i am not a member of the supporters club or the likes, I am a member of this forum and am using it to get my views read. end off, judge me, slate me, i think as this is a discussion lead forum it should be discussed...
