  1. I keep thinking our previous interest in Gregory Tade may yet yield a signing. He's a strong quick player who plays on either wing or up front; positions which we've recently realised need extra depth.

All the raith fans say he's really inconsistent wether thats just due to not having good enough players to work or not i think he would be a decent signing and im only saying decent because i doubt he would ever start for us unless somebody got injured

  2. And would you like to enlighten me as to what part may be 'taking the ****!'

I'd hazard a guess its because you have Dundee Utd top of the league and maybe ICT in the top 6

It's more to do with United being top.

Someone could split the Old firm but they're aren't finishing higher than both of them.

Caley being top 6 is always a slight possobility as there is always 1 top 6 place which changes a fair bit.

  3. Even though blumanshtein was only on the park for a while he looked very impressive and i think he could play well in behind rooney in the SPL

    I agree with you there.

(I'm confused about his name. In the link to a Jewish newspaper somebody posted recently it's spelt 'Blumenshtein' yet increasingly I see it as 'Blumanshtein'. I'm assuming the former is correct... not least because there are more Google results for it with an 'e'... but I dunno...)

I'm glad Sutherland's getting the credit for a hat-trick, even if Wilson did get the last touch.

The official site has it spelt with an a. I'd hope they checked the spelling when drawing up the contract. I just hope there's never a need to alter it to Blumansh!tein

to avoid confusion we should just call him Gil like most people call Odhiambo, Eric

  4. What's the smallest adult size? I'm just wondering if I should go and buy an adult top tomorrow morning or wait till next week for a childrens size. I'm 16 and quite small for my age (5 ft 4) haha

Im 14 and bout 5"7 had a large went to get a name on the back and got an XL back which is a bit big

so i would say a medium or large if they are the same sizes as the away

  5. The way things are looking for many clubs this season, including the OF, I think we have the best ever chance to be in the top half come the split.

My prediction at the split is:

    Dundee United

    Celtic

    Rangers

    Hearts

    Hibs

    Inverness

    St Johnston

    Motherwell

    Aberdeen

    Hamilton

    St Mirren

    Kilmarnock

I see United keeping the momentum going from last season. Celtic just edging Rangers. Rangers downfall will be the loss of so many key players and their financial position. I dont see anything to suggest much improvement from either Edinburgh team. St J look to be the best of the rest at the moment. Aberdeen have done nothing to better their posotion and I think Motherwell have the edge over them and McGee could well be the first SPL sacking. Killie, sadly, are in no position to strengthen and look the most likely for the drop.

Please, oh PLEASE tell me that you're taking the ****!

  6. I agree about Shinnie. I think he's been excellent these last few games. Very nippy.

The defence was alarmingly static at times...

I thought Sutherland got a hat-trick too, but I see the Courier (on Facebook) are saying one was a Wilson o.g. Not from where I was standing, it wasn't.

    Rooney's goal was fab ~ hard-hit, unstoppable.

First half was dreadful, plus I thought I was gonna freeze to death. (July in the north of Scotland: Dani Sanchez must wonder what the fug is going on.) Second-half clearly things improved, big-time. Even the rain relented, and the sunset on the drive home was sublime.

All in all a good night. Can't afford to have too many 45 minute spells like the first-half though. We'll be slaughtered.

(Richie, Richie, wherefore art thou, Richie...)

I was in the seated area cos ive knackered my knee anyway it was a definite own goal.

the first half was simply terrible but thankfully the second was alot better

Even though blumanshtein was only on the park for a while he looked very impressive and i think he could play well in behind rooney in the SPL

  7. I dont see the problems with the errea kits i think they look good and it also makes our strips different to every team in Scotland.

Will there be a lot of new kit in the club shop or just some because im not too good at getting out of bed before 10:30

  8. If it just says 'Orion Group' and doesn't have that logo then that looks pretty cool.

I agree. I love the design of the strip and the 'Orion Group' part looks nice but I think the logo kind of spoils it a bit.

it would still have that weird badge thingy but it wouldn't have the white circle around it you would see the stripes.

Writing and badge would probably be white anyway so it would stand out
