  1. tbh i didnt hear the eddie thompson songs either but people told me about it.

I thought there fans were horrible and i took photos of there stands for P&B to show united how crap their fans aretongue.gif

  2. Well I was right in the front of the noise brigade and thats one I never heard. There was some chants directed at Thomson about his '27 fans' comment.

4 nil and only 20 fans

4 nil and only 20 fans

    aaahh good timesthumbup.gif

  3. Its a shame they didn't announce the away attendance as there was a good support down there from our fans. Stephen Thomson too embarrassed to have it announced? I think so. Certainly wasn't 27 anyway!

    Looked more like 127 than 27 .

I did a rough count of the upper tier at half time and there was about 350 at least! twothumbsup.gif

Also i think the stewards wear orange to make there crowds look bigger!

And 2 reatrds (stewards) stood right in front of me thinking it was fine... f****** morons

  4. I've only seen the BBC highlights and they were impressive! Rooney had style, skill and confidence. I think he was ambushed as much as fouled for the penalty. I have to say, though, that I'm not convinced Duncan was going for goal! Some of the passing moves shown on BBC were quality. I'm now trying to find a chance to get north to see them but it looks like I'll have to wait for Hearts away in December. I'll have to console myself watching Burnley in the meantime.

    Never EVER!! dis russeldinho!

    werenotworthy.gif

He was quite clearly going for goal

  5. Yeah that was one hell of a day out, and two contenders for GOTS already.

Have to say the Arabs who were left at the end took it well, so many of them said 'well done' and wished us well.

P.S. Johndo missed a penalty

Really? i was told "F*** you, you f******* pr***"

so i laughed in his facebiggrin.gif

  6. That must be one of the best 90 minute performances I've seen in a long time. Cant fault one player. For me Eric was MoM though it was a hard choice. Hayes ran rings around their defence. The back four solid as a unit. McCanns goal was a cracker from about 35 yards out. And Russells......that was something that could only be appreciated if seen. Two penalty shouts denied....one a stonewaller. Young Nick put in another good display. The Proctor Munro partnership worked really well. Everyone played a blinder. Esson had very little to do today as we contained anything that came at us. DU had no answers for us and maybe they will blame tiredness but the fact is they just weren't good enough.

Eric gets my MoM for his unselfishness. After skinning three or four and with only the keeper to beat he chose to cut back to Rooney, who took the goal very well, rather than attempt to beat the keeper. Very clinical penalty from Adam for the fourth goal.

Play like that home and away and very few will beat us this season.

Yep, agreed. The perfect football day out (except for the stewards). And stunning goals to boot!

I'd give Eric MOM, he was busy and bothering the DU back line. Pushing balls into space for Hayes and, as Alex says, unselfishly setting up Rooney among other fine balls he played to our front man. TB must really know this football lark cos I don't think there would be many on here who would've seen this potential in him. Well done Eric.

But congrats to the whole team and Terry & Mo...that was brilliant.

"Are you Dundee in disguise?" may be the pick of the excellent and persistent singing from the away support.

Did you not see eric in the SPL last time? he was fantastic there aswell and therefore lots of people who i know expected things from him in certain games

  7. What a performance that was!!

McCanns goal was one of the best I've seen from an ICT player....can't wait to see it again. We could've easily scored 6 or 7 today, we were superb. Eric probably just shades MOTM for me, just ahead of Proctor. In saying that, every player deserves a 10 today.

    Even sanchez?tongue.gif

  8. I agree with that selection for our next game, but I think three goalies could be a bit excessive though.....

Johnson is only a reserve/youth goalie who might improve in a few seasons and compete for the keeper spot or be sold on for a profit thumbup.gif

  9. Only change I'd have is Proctor for Mccann, apart from that same again.

No way would i have that, if you were at the raith game proc permanently let tade inside him which caused 1 or 2 goals and he did that in a a few more aswell

  10. post-640-082596700 1281893048_thumb.jpg

    Anybody take pictures?

ok now im confused where exactly in the ground is this bit??? not going to make a game untill mid september at the earliest

I think its where the turnstiles on the left in the main stand were (Right beside away end) i think

  11. Esson - King

    Gordon - God

    McGregor - douchebag

Alexander - wont get a sniff at starting line up because as much as i hate him mcgregor will start when gordon is injured

Therefore esson wont get called up as he will be thought to be at 'too small a club' while marshall is at cardiff even though he is pretty crap
