  1. IMO the incident was a clash of heads and never a red card!

Nevertheless I'm delighted; he is a great source of defensive experience and I really fancy our chances of running at a weakened defence! He has been good in the most recent games against us so I think he will be sorely missed!!!

  2. As I live in the Central belt I sometimes listen to Real Radio's football phone in (actually Rangers and Cellic phone-in) with Ewan Cameron and Alan Rough. I was outraged tonight by Cameron's comments about ICT in particular and Inverness and the Highlands in general. He actually said that he HOPED Inverness would be relegated as teams and their supporters were fed up travelling the "dangerous" A9 to the back of beyond. He persisted in making derogatory comments about Inverness before I had to switch off in case I drove off the road.

I have emailed the Head of Programming for Real Radio insisting, at the very least, on an apology on tomorrow night's show but I won't hold my breath. Obviously, you won't get the show in Inverness (you're lucky!) but try listening online tomorrow at 6 pm to see if anything is said.

That's just a disgusting comment but nevertheless it is from the mouth of a prize ****... How dare anyone victimize a team because of their geographical location! I too stay in Glasgow during term time and am constantly outraged by the outlandishly Hun-ish remarks made by Real Radio's football phone-in's presenters.

The A9 is only particularly dangerous to impatient f*ckwits anyway!!

I really hope we pull out a great result on Saturday and with any luck let these pricks know we are here to stay!

  3. Dont think so. I think TB just doesnt like playing young players right now. You have Wood, Duff & Vigurs not getting a game right now and they all have alot to offer the club

Vigurs is one creative, forward-minded player I think we sorely miss at times.

  4. Any "football" we played under Brewster deserves to be written off and forgotten.

The team have unquestionably put everything into our games under Butcher, presumably because he is a manager who actually has a clue.

They will be applauded off the pitch on Saturday for that reason. :crazy03: :lol03: :lol01: :lol02: :P

  5. Im going although I admit caley isnt my first team, but im from Inverness and on saturday i will be supporting my local team and I would fukin hate it if they went down and I urge people to do the same!

    :)

    :D :P :clapping03:

  6. If the tickets sell out early it gives the ICT fans plenty of time to fill the away stand. The bairns seem to have the same idea with our end.

Posts: 2652 At the end of the day you'll get in the home end nae bother if our ends full. ICTs support is mince and will never get anywhere near filling their own end.

If I see one single Falkirk fan in the North Stand I'll make sure it is brought to the police's attention... I'm not wanting any of that filth anywhere near me on Saturday...

  7. Rangers should be docked three points - one of their employees has cheated to gain an unfair advantage. Surely the SPL can dock points for this?

That'd be flippin hysterical!!! Haha!!! That'd shut those cheating huns up...

  8. They could have fallen out over anything...

What if Esson's attitude in training or something is proving damaging to the squad?

Butcher doesn't strike me as the kind of manager to put his own ego before the job at hand...

  9. As long at its after he scores the penalty to keep us up!!!

If there is a pen in the game i wonder if he'll be aloud to take it since its his last game for the club???

I would think that'd be even greater reason for him to want to - to end his Caley career with a bang!

  10. This is probably due to Brewsters hunting down of the enigma that is Barrowman, who has turned out to be a donkey in a thoroughbreds skin.

That and that the belief that he had uncovered a new young talent in Rooney has left the side in a goalscoring

    hell.

I hope that Rooney/Barrowman come on as subs on saturday to score 2 priceless goals to give us a 2-1 win, but i cant see them doing this, so we have to rely on Morais/Foran.

I'd rather Odhiambo came on and scored a beauty! If Barrowman and Rooney were to score it'd only give Butcher reason to hold on to them for next season!

Brewster was a horrendous judge of talent, highlighted by his ridiculously misplaced faith in the prize-pudding Rory "Iceman" McAllister.

  11. It's true that our goal-scoring record is shameful this season!!

Butcher has made it clear that he plans on bringing in a big physical centre forward next season (Kyle-esque I suppose) and this would be great for us!!

Since the split however we HAVE looked like scoring goals through Imrie/Morais/Foran, and I can see any of them getting a goal in our last game against Falkirk (or hopefully all three!!!)

  12. F**k who's gonna be there.. Who's gonna join in with the singing if some drunk eejit at the back of Section G gets the songs started? :puke03:

I will be screaming throughout the game!! We need to get right behind the team so let's try and get the whole stadium singing!!!

Im staying sober before the game but hitting the Innes after.... regardless of scoreline...

  13. Having watched the highlights over and over again - I just cannot say who exactly was at fault - was it Fraser, Granty or Zadi ?

I love the big man but it was Lionel's position. Both Killie players swooped in from the right (our left) where big Zadi should probably have been; typical Michael Fraser though - rooted to one spot in the middle of the goals looking confused and not even considering coming to meet the cross....

  14. Just seen the highlights of this game as I couldn't see the goal from our end. Have to say... Some SH*T Defending on our part for the goal. Two men sauntered in at the back post unmarked and that fat b*stard Kyle just nodded it in...

We CAN NOT defend like this on Saturday!!! Our performances have merited more points than we've earned this week.

    We should already be safe!!!

  15. For sure.... as long as they give 110% ! because i'm sure the fans will.

Even if nerves get the best of them on the day they deserve to be shown great appreciation for the way they have played since Butcher arrived!
