It'll be the SPL's first "A9 derby".
What about Falkirk?
-
He said he wasnt wanting to move away from the central belt. Obviously got desprate.
But it's about as central as you get - not more than 20 miles from anywhere in the country
-
You'll be challenging the immortal one next. I'm glad you were wrong about the second part.

What, and lose my job, for godsake man, i already said it isn't easy to get time off so why you sent me the departure times from Inverness is beyond me.
The reason I posted the actual time of the train is because you said it left at 4.45, which is incorrect. This isn't picking on you, it's correcting misinformation which was initiated by you. Anyone who had intended to take the train from Thurso, Wick, Brora, or anywhere else to the North would be misled into believing (as you stated) that they would have to miss the final whistle in order to catch the train back.
The only reason any of this comes about is because you gave a list of reasons why you can't get to this game. In reality, there is only one reason; you haven't asked for the time off. Stick to the facts, don't make excuses, and nobody can contradict you.
You regularly ask others to question their motives in posting replies to you. Perhaps you should apply the same reasoning when replying to others.
I won't post any more on this thread, as I can otherwise see a long list of "you said", "I said", "he said", "she said".

A Steven Watt just scored for Grimsby. Don't know whether it was the one who played for us or not though.
It is.

At the start of the season i remember looking at a site that had all the SPL fixtures, with an icon next to it of either sky, alba, or espn for whatever game would be shown on what channell. Now for the life of me i cant find it!!
Anyone remember?
It's on the SPL site: http://www.scotprem.com/content/default.asp?page=home_Fixtures

The guy said he had no way of getting down , as usual it was a load of nonsense as there are trains and buses from Thurso .
If i took the train then i would have to leave before full time because it leaves at 4.45 and also regarding both train and bus, i don't know where to get off as i wouldn't know how to get to stadium and finally, if you read my post properly then you would see another problem, i can't get time off especially this late in the week, i can't just decide to take time off for football so PLEASE stop picking on every thing i say or write .
Depart Inverness 17:52, arrive Thurso 21:45.
Must try harder.

Celtic 6 Inverness Caledonian Thistle Reserves 0....there, sounds better now doesn't it?
I gave exactly that reply a few times today in response to some of the twenty-odd times I was asked if I knew the Celtic score from last night.
-
I've just looked up the stats to confirm that this was our worst ever defeat, and it's equal to 0-6 against Airdrie exactly 9 years ago today in the league.

"Keys for Fair Play Stand"
Yup - as suggested in http://community.cal...post__p__277306
I would suggest it was also a recycled takeway carton rather than a tupperware receptacle....also yup - definitely a takawa carton.
-
I don't want to spoil the game but the content of the tupperware box was clearly marked on said box in black marker pen.
It said Keys. But keys for what, and why was he keeping such a tight grip on the box?
I reckon it was the keys to the basement where he keeps his daughter and the children they've had together.
That was it - it's come back to me now - "Keys for Gerry Fritzl suite".
-
YES! Brechin go through!
3-1 on penalties.
-
Dundee behind on penalties: 3-1 at the moment
-
10 each - Forsyth red card

Forgot about Dunfermline in Dec but at least there was the bridies to warm us up! However the journey home was horrendous and skidded just as I was about home. Still think I was colder in Glasgow however but a close thing.
What bridies? I stayed in my seat too long (trying to keep it warmish) and was first in the queue behind the Pars fan that got the last one.
Apologies, I had 2 bridies that afternoon. Went back for a third but they were sold out...
Even thinking about that match gives me shivers.
At least it made Boxing Day feel warm by comparison. I was parked in Lidl next door, and while the car park emptied, I went inside and stood by the chill cabinets to warm up.

I think it's OK to chuckle at that provided you are laughing at the ignorance of the un-PC vandal.
Yes, THAT's why I took the picture!

Fantastic first away game, may there be many more!
One question - what was the Stephen Thompson thing about? I obviously missed what he had said (whilst happily contributing to the abuse in response ;-))
I think he was telling him if he didn't give more decisions to them, he was going to substitute him with another ref.
-
I just can't decide who's getting my points for today. Only 1.5 small negatives for the team were Gillet's throw-ins, and a half for Eric's sprint pace - if he'd another yard it would have been 0-7.
Worst performance in the stadium today came from the dickhead steward with the piece-box in his hand.

Yeah that was one hell of a day out, and two contenders for GOTS already.
Have to say the Arabs who were left at the end took it well, so many of them said 'well done' and wished us well.
P.S. Johndo missed a penalty
Really? i was told "F*** you, you f******* pr***"
so i laughed in his face
As I was leaving, I got a text, sent at the final whistle from an Arab who works for me saying "I'm gonna be off work tomorrow"

A wee quiz to pass the time. Who played here?
1) Caley, Caley Thistle, and IHE
2) Falkirk
3) Clydebank
4) Rangers
5) Kilmarnock
-
Are you taking a rattle to the game then?
Yes, unless I get the time to go to KwikFit before I head up the road.

I spotted that while I was looking for updates last week, but it's running at http://www.thedees.co.uk/ - maybe they couldn't afford the renewal fee for the original domain.
