  1. Six league wins at home all season all season (nine way). That's largely where we lost it. Our home form has been really poor for the last few seasons.

Frustrating as despite the really poor standard of all teams, we were still only a handful of points away from top.

Agree that big changes are needed : we trip ourselves up far too often.

  2. Yup, reckon we need to take more or less full points from our remaining matches : little margin for error.at this stage.

If we squeeze into 4th, I fancy our chances against whoever finishes 2nd and 3rd and then hope to go one better than last year................

Always was a glass half full type....!!

  3. As others have said, Dundee United may well be joining us in the Championship next season.

If not them, the others in the relegation scrap are likely to be hot favourites to bounce straight back. While not guaranteed, it would point to our hopes again resting of a play off position.

We have never had a better chance given the quality of the teams during the last I'd say 3  seasons to challenge at the top for automatic promotion but have just completely blown it.

    Complete change urgently needed.

Rodger’s 😎😎😎 Did nowt wrong and helpless at both goals and had a relatively quiet night

Carson 😎😎😎 3 smileys for bravery if not stupidity. I would have hooked him after 20 minutes. He was clearly ineffective in the second half and I hope there is no lasting damage.

Harper 🙄🙄 Anne Robinson would quickly recognise him as being the weak link in the defence. He is a midfielder- Simples.

Duffy 😎😎😎 I would prefer to see him as a full back but he did alright last night

    Devine 😎😎😎😎 Deserved better

Henderson 😎😎🙄 was lost without the fit Carson. BUT he was kept out wide whilst giving him a deeper and more central role would have been more effective

Welsh 😎😎 always looked to as the playmaker but played more passes out wide like a crabesque Ray Wilkins

Allardice 😎😎😎😎My MOM again - perfect foil for a playmaker and worked his feckin socks off.

Shaw 🙄🙄 I would have hooked him and slapped him all the way down the tunnel- lily livered

Danny McKay ‼️ see comment for Shaw - wouldn’t get a game for Hibs Women

Billy McKay- surely he is only staying to surpass Wyness. Look so frustrated by the lack of vision of those around him. Was the sending off out of frustration as both decisions looked wrong.

And when you look at the bench what could we have done - Deas and Samuels are not

100% - Doran certainly could have replaced either Shaw or Danny - Delaney for Harper - and Hyde for Shaw.

ICT used to be generally a good watch and you always felt that the players were capable of coming up with something when needed.

That seemed to disappear during our relegation season and it has never returned.

The last seven seasons have been by far the worst in our short history and there is no sign of change on or off the pitch.

This season is looking more and more like another write off and I can only pray something will change to turn things around.

  5. Wow!! Brings back memories of years gone by big style!!!

Ducked the match sadly given the garbage (my words) I have seen in a number of away matches during this and previous seasons and thus didn't see us having a chance.. Was actually just around the corner from Livingston as well this morning / early afternoon.............

Will be at the quarter final!!!

Queens lost today as well and hopefully this will kick start our season.

    Fantastic guys, just fantastic!!

  6. Where on earth did that come from?

Caught the end of the first half and all of the second on a stream. Great to see us moving the ball well and fighting to get it back when we lost possession. Hopefully we will build on this and get back oup the table.

There were calls last season for Tokely to be given a shot at management, I think as a result of his extremely insightful comments in the press and on ICTV livestream commentaries.

Who knows, Tokely and Esson could be the killer combination we need!

Something needs to happen and quickly.

When we stayed in Inverness I was at every home game : if I was still there, I don't think I'd bother to be honest. Have been to a number of away games, particularly earlier this term but doubt I'll go for the remainder. Queens Park away was the final straw.

Max Ram punting the ball to nobody every time he kicks it forward.

It all looks to be happening in slow motion for us and all too easy for Partick.

    Rubbish springs to mind.

Yup: out of interest who Aretha current main shareholders in the club? Surely they must have influence on who runs the club etc.

  9. Supported ICT since 1994 : never felt so negative.

Used to be a team, no matter which division they were in and who they were up against, that would go into a match and you felt they could make things happen and more often than not win.

Sadly that has slowly gone and now completely disappeared.

Get the current regime out and a new start please.

Someone should tell the club they need to register new directors with companies house as neither this, or the previously announced new director (or the, not yet announced, resignations), are showing there.

    FFS : really??

Not a good sign for governance / organisation then...................

  11. We have been truly awful to watch every season since we fell back into the Championship. It is only because of the low quality of other teams that we have not completely fallen away (although we are in great danger of doing that now).

No shape, no leaders and no f***ing use.

Total clear out at all levels needed.

  12. Apart from the first five minutes, it was the stuff of nightmares.

As someone else said we never looked like scoring and our defence was awful especially in the first half.. No passmarks as far as I could see.

I travelled far enough, but really feel for folks who travelled from Inverness to be dished up a performance like that.

  13. Hoofball has been a big feature of ICT for years. It rarely works and can't understand why that doesn't get through to players and management.

Get the point about injuries but we need to get a bit more variety into our game.

.....and sort out our pretty awful home form.

There are really no stand out teams so it's just about grinding out results and staying at or near the top.

  14. Great to see another away win.

If only we could get anything like the same results at home, we'd have little worries about automatic promotion. Our main problem in recent seasons has been our pretty poor home record.

The concert company had the clubs name on it, was backed by club directors and fronted by the club CEO.  It used club resources for the planning, marketing and promotion of the concerts, sold tickets via the clubs ticketing system and had our commercial & sporting directors running around the city selling tickets and hospitality in the clubs name.  Nothing in any of the promotion gave mention that the football club was a separate, sole beneficiary.  It wouldn't have been seen as a requirement because everything was done to create the perception that people were dealing with the club.  The only organisation ever mentioned as separate beneficiaries on posters etc were the Highland Hospice as the charity partner.

You can't set up an external company to run up debts by taking on the burden of costs while another benefits from the income.  If the decision is taken to liquidate the concert company without settling debts then the club are so intrinsically linked that they could rightly be pursued for it, IMO.

You were talking nonsense at the start of the thread, and yup, you are still at it...............

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
