Totally agree!! He was never the right man for the job!!

Lets blame it all on Esson! Is he the only player on the pitch!? I don't think dropping him is going to solve the problem! I think the players think they have done enough for this season and are sitting back, they need to wake up and perform in every game until the end of season!

Maybe it would help if the goal keeping coach SM was there to coach the keepers rather than clocking up the miles scouting players! These are two different jobs in my opinion!

i was speaking to esson himself at the gym yesterday

i know that esson was a bit dishartened that he was only offered a years contract when others were given two but this has been sorted out and a two year deal in place. He has been away on holiday and a mates stagger but is back now and will be down to the club sometime today to sign on the dotted line before heading off on holiday tomorrow.
