we don't exactly have many other options

Glad to hear Marius I getting fitter but he needs to produce againtst bigger teams than Arbroath.
The same can be said for Denzil who never fails to score against lower leaue opposition, but has yet to come up with the goods in the SPL.

lyrics ???

I got a very comfy bed from Harveys a while back - where the whole shopping experience was much more enjoyable than anything that may have happened around there in the past (and I feckin hate shopping) :016:
Random quote from many similar in a short history of Nairn County :
"1968-69 season - As the year progressed Nairn knocked out Caley to secure a place in the Scottish cup, this was the third win over Caley so far that season." :015: :015:

Can I ask the older ones amongst you how it was you became a Thistle, Clach, or Caley fan ?
Geography, family tie, etc., ?
And did you agree with the merger ? And are you happy where you are now ?
Good question -
How you became a Thistle, Clach or Caley fan - perish the feckin thought that I'd ever have supported any of em.
Did you agree with the merger - couldn't have given a toss, it was a means to an end to see SFL football in the highlands, but as a nice little bonus it was worth it to see the anguish from Kingsmills and Telford St. Good riddance to both of em. :rotflmao:
And are you happy where you are now ? - To be honest, I didn't see them being much more than a 1st division middle table team with maybe the odd excursion upwards, so I've been fairly amazed at the progess.
-
I like the fact that, in football, the big money is going to the guys 'at the coal face' as it were whilst directors regularly lose their shirts. Wish it was like that in my game.
-
Did Charlie ever win one ?
-
I think its pretty sad that you ignore someone coz they hold a different view to you. Not much point visiting a forum if thats your standpoint!
"Click"
I can't hear you :rotflmao:
This is great

I wish I was an ICT shareholder, their value must be soaring despite the turmoil in the markets and TCS dugout. There are at least two serious players have declared their intent to launch takeovers of ICT on this very board in the last week. I expect a rush of hedge fund managers in the sneck shortly.

On the silverware trail thanks to the golden mile
Ever since climbing in over the hospital wall from Sanghai and quickly disappearing into the cowshed to see the games for nothing in the early 70s

That's some agency you're running, Caleyboyz...
:015: Well spotted - who said the directors weren't posting on here

There are an awful lot of people around here seem to think football management is some kind of vocational calling in which the participants travel humbly from town to town in ragged clothes and open toed sandals seeking only inner fulfilment and a little bread, water and a humble shelter by way of a stipend.

This movement is gathering momentum.
I'm reliably informed that Tullochs already have a planning application in for a minaret to be constructed at TCS, from where, on match days at 1pm, a free church presenter will begin the singing of bring-it-on-home to call the faithful to worship
TCS

Charles, you'll be honoured to learn that when my best mate bought me a copy of "Against All Odds" for Christmas almost ten years ago, he transcribed the full lyrics of "Bring it on Home" onto the title page. If it comes up for auction fifty years hence, perhaps someone will think you're responsible for the song as well as the book...
Mary Hill - Can you or somebody else post the full lyrics on here
cometh the singing section
cometh the song

Lets not overlook directors and senior management of ICT who, this past week have probably contributed around 20% of received posts....
Their contributions fortunately, all have one thing in common - they are very, very easy to spot.... :014:
And lets not overlook the contribution of you Johnboy whose hits posts make up 80% of the remaining hits... :015: :016:
not on my board since I discovered the IGNORE function - best thing since sliced bread

Turn the volume full up on yer ZX Spectrum, click on the link and tell me you don't enjoy it.Is hooch being smuggled offshore ? -
Finally a feckin petition worth signing.
One day this will be played proudly at the Longman and will be as iconic as 'Hail hail', Follow Follow, Hearts Hearts etc which are all sh1te songs but instantly recognisable as unique to their teams.
Make the feckin most of it.
Bring it on back, Bring it on Back

of course he should play himself.
We have just signed the SPL's leading goalscorer (along with Cousin and Higdon). Get him in the team!
Absolutely.
A strong team and a good win will pay multiple dividends.
Anything less than 100% ICT effort is folly.

WOO HOO - I've just discovered what the "Ignore" button does, and the whole forum is becoming more enjoyable already - no more keech from the few incessant gurners. :sillywave:
What a brilliant function :003:

Excerpt from the SPL Scoring Table :
NAME GOALS
C Brewster 3
ICT FC 2
And I'm not sure if he even played in all the games.
Surely it's what the yanks call a no-brainer

I for one am sick of the moaning about Brewsters return also some people have already made up their minds we are to be relegated
Call yourselves fans ! what sort of support is that ?
Give the guy a break & lets see if he can turn things around
MON THE CALEY :021:
I wholeheartedly agree. More stupid bitching and moaning - no wonder so many of the old posters who at one time made this site a pleasure to read and contriute to, and who re-appeared on here recently, don't use the thing any more. Every thread gets hijacked by the same few gurners and it really does drag you down reading a lot of this p1sh. Incredibly, a lot of the moaners expect to be taken seriously by the board. Strewth. If I wasn't so bored stuck here offshore I'd forget about this site altogether.
-
Will Brewster be registering as a player?
It'll be madness if he doesn't.
-
Don?t play.
We've scored 2 in 4 games
We're signing one of the leagues top scorers
How can you tell him 'Don't play' :029:
If anyone can score an extra 8 or 10 goals for us this season it's Brewster, and those extra goals will probably make the difference at the end of the season.
He is coming as player/manager isn't he

I think you're right about the scoring run - it rings a vague bell somewhere in the recess of my memory, which isn't quite what it used to be, not that it was very very good. I am happy to stand corrected and hope Dennis gets back to that kind of form this season. Haven't seen the sweet shuffle work its magic for a while.
