Inverness CT -V- Hearts
The sending off was simple. If Silva didn't go down Oshaniwa would have stayed on the pitch for punching another player. The rules are very simple. You can't punch another player and he needed to make the ref aware of that

Do you go to games? Do you? There is a player of the year poll on this site for folk who do go to matches, so let's have a look at what they think. We have had 3 home league games this season and there have been a total of 101 votes for MOTM. Christie has received just 5 votes for MOTM and 9 votes as runner up. This compares with Williams with 39 votes for MOTM and 16 as runner up. Interestingly, one of our much maligned new signings, Mutombo, has12 votes for MOTM and 22 for runner up. I think this evidence supports that Ten4 has it just about spot on. Christie is good, but he has only just "emerged" and has only rarely had a game where he has been very good. Some of the hype about him really is very OTT. Agreed as well. He's only played one full season for us. Don't see how he's worth half a million considering McKay was worth 150K and scored a lot more. I think it was just because Hughes kept talking him up after every match as the next Messi

I'm more dissapointed that he's a Celtic fan when he was born and raised in Inverness. Says a lot about how many glory hunters reside here and all over Scotland

What he's been saying at the conference isn't promising. Things like "I would be more than happy coming back in January" and "as soon as I get the chance I want to go" So basically we've only got him for 4 months. Can't play against Celtic and a conflict of interests

http://www.celticfc.net/news/8986 heres the Celtic statement they mention the recall in January is "An option which the club is likely to exercise" Will next seasons tickets be any cheaper in the championship? You would think the club would have taken a look at Dundee United to see what happens when all your good players leave you

Oh well at least we got £600 K for him. I'm sure we can put that to good use. What's that you say? Transfer window closes today?.....oh

Dundee -V- Inverness CT
Just seen the highlights on BBC alba mutombos tackle was absolutely disgusting and his reaction afterwords was equally disgusting. Pushing away his teammate and just strutting off like a child being sent to his bedroom. I sincerely hope he never plays another game for us because he's useless

Question: Why can a team who finished 9th last season can spend money to completely refresh their team and win games. While a team that finished 3rd. Qualified for the Europa Leauge. Won the Scottish Cup. Can only afford to sign nobodies from the lower leagues? I don't see the point in selling players anymore. We do absolutely nothing with the funds. We would have been better pumping all our winnings into offering much improved contracts for players like Shinnie and Watkins.

Inverness CT -V- Motherwell
I suspect that's maybe because there's no money left in the budget for anymore players so he knows we've got to get on with it? Pretty much what Yogi has told the Inverness Courier: http://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/Sport/Football/No-scope-to-bring-in-injury-replacements-says-Caley-Thistle-boss-John-Hughes-02082015.htm So let me get this right. Signing five trialists has used up all our money?

I'm sure he knows that. With our budget, where do you suggest he gets them? To be fair he has signed Lopez. Whether Lopez is up to the job is another matter. I was surprised he didn't keep Hooper who at least could score (including one or two when he was trialling with us). Whether Mutombo can play as an out and out striker remains to be seen. I will be interested to hear what folks thought of him today. I think the euphoria of last season will soon wear off and that we will do well to retain top 6 this year. That, in fact, will be an achievement I feel. Sorry but i dont buy all this small budget crap anymore We finished third in the premiership. Won the Scottish cup and qualified for the Europa Leauge. Got loads of TV money and £150K for Billy Mckay We can afford more than just signing free trialists from the lower leagues. Dundee did this. They signged a proven goalscorer (Loy) He scores two on his debut. So what *are* we doing with all the money we have?

Apart from Christie with that beautiful shot we really had no chance of scoring. Unfortunately we conceded from yet another free kick. And that was all that was in the game. If not it would have definitely gone to penalties. Lopez just has no chance of scoring anytime soon unfortunately and i would have still put Roberts on for the first leg. Also diet County really do play dirty don't they? The usual theatrics from their players just to wind down the clock. I only hope they don't get West Ham to soften the blow for losing.

All 3 of them? One of which came on at half time Sure about that? According to this live feed http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/en-gb/betting/e/7837806/Astra-Giurgiu-v-Tirgu-Mures.html Budescu scored there only goal and there main team is playing. Granted this team finished two places higher than them in the league I never checked the team, I meant I hope it is not because they are resting players...i.e their strongest team with the hope that they will be tired for Thursday. 9 of the 11 that started against us started this game. Budescu netted Astra's goal tonight. Encouraging then, hopefully they are knackered and confidence drained. Ah apologies then. They are now 4-1 down. Might be a confidence drainer for them with any luck :D

Definitely start with Roberts if we want any chance of winning this. Prioritize the attack. If we score 2 we can afford to let one in as we go through on away goals. Oh and get Esson back in. Nothing against williams but its a mistake throwing him in at the deep end without getting to know his defenders yet
