What attendance would we normally get on average for a County game at home and the same for Celtic?

Reckon if you swapped even just those 2 games to home encounters it would make a difference.

Despite it being morally correct or not to have removed the team, All the SPL teams miss the Rangers fans head count.

What I worry is that Rangers fans will boycott away games to the teams that voted against them. It's not like they need the away fans at their games as they can more or less fill Ibrox every week.

Having next to no away fans at a game like that would seriously hurt us in the pocket.

There'd always be some who'd still go, which would still be more than Killie or St Johnstone for example.

Think Gretna were sponsored by them some years back?

I'd love to see even one of the sections on the end of the Main stand knocked down and a media suite built. It'd look so much nicer, and would surely bring another source of revenue for the club?? I know it's easier said than done but you'd think in the long term it would be of benefit.

If the other rather unsightly section of the main stand was removed, then the few seats in the West 'stand' could be extended so it's a full stand spanning the length of the pitch just 6 rows deep or something.

After seeing the video back in 2004 of when we were promoted, I'd also love to see the North and South stands go back to what they were like then, taking into account the new ground capacity rules. I know this is asking a bit much but I'm just throwing it out there.

So there'd be a reduced seating capacity in both the main stand and north stand (marginally), but this would be compensated for by the increased capacity in the West stand. This would make our attendances look better (and might actually improve them), and also the overall atmosphere would be improved.

Fully expecting to be shot down saying we can't afford it, and that may be so, but with the profits from our sucsesses on the pitch over the couple of seasons and I'm sure a transfer fee or two over the summer, could it not be something the board look at?

CaleyD, the win up at the pikeys came about due to abandoning the tippy tappy sideways stuff up the middle that Hughes just a week ago was keen to promote. "Togetherness" hasnt come from Hughes footballing vision but the footballing vision of the fans and the previous manager, if you want to talk about dismissing information relevant to a discussion for the sake of having a knock, then ignoring how we played to get our last win and how it contradicts the pass-it-in-circles stuff Warren and Yogi love.is doing just that.

Hughes had to drop his own principles to bring us back on track, we aren't there because of them.

I've already had this discussion and am not in agreement that anything was abandoned in our match against Ross County. The only real difference was that we had 2 fit wingers for the first time in a while and that, IMO, better facilitated the balance that Yogi has been striving for.

The big worry there Caley D is we only really have 2 wingers and if one is out his whole system falls apart as in previous matches, and why play a system if he doesn't have fit players to make it work ?
