Groundhog day again at ICT. Score a good goal, from a great through ball from Polworth, then down tools for the rest of the game. If it wasn't for some great saves from Ridgers we'd have been 3-1 down by half time.

Second half was a complete non event from an ICT point of view.....we just didn't turn up. Was only a matter of time before utd equalised and the only real surprise was that they didn't go on to get the winner.

So another home draw it is. Had we won just a handful of all the games we've drawn at home, we'd be sitting top of the table!

For certain the squad needs freshening up in January. We need something to excite us fans because it's becoming increasingly difficult to muster enthusiasm to go and watch the same old performance, same tactics, same substitutions, and same results week in week out!?

totally agree with you myself like many other fans are bored of the same predictable stuff has the Coaches no other idea's ? Teams know what they get when they play us as we never play any different. Second half was dire and subs were too late especially young Roddy who made a difference

Copied from a post on P&B

    Some 2nd hand info from the fans forum last night;

    • Polworth will have to take a pay cut to stay on next season.
    • Mulraney's contract from the old board was mental, apparently if we didn't get rid of him, he had a clause in his contract where his wages would double.
    • Contract's handed out by the previous board had some mental clauses in them in general.
    • The 'Bank of Dingwall' gave us 100k for Draper.
    • We were in for strikers who are currently playing in the Championship, wages agreed but agents scuppered the deals wanting their 10%.
    • We offered one particular player £600 a week but was told United 'offered double'.
    • Extremely hard to attract established players, we had to approach young, single players with no central belt ties.  Hence Rooney, Walsh, Chalmers.
    • We are 6/10 in terms of first team budget.  Those with a bigger one are United, County, Partick, Falkirk and Dunfermline.
    • We can never get the Highland Football Academy as County block book it whether they use it or not.
    • Robbo is against using Hearts youth players on loan as they probably won't be better than we have and if we did use them, it would **** off the signed players.  Plus is is extremely excited about Danny McKay and Roddy MacGregor.

Thanks for the info would love to say i am surprised but not What the Hell the previous board were thinking off ? Was it no bad enough Mr Cameron would not sack Foran and walked straight into relegation then fecked off but Mulraney's contract WTF ??

Can't blame everything on lack of money Livi had a far smaller budget last season and recruited well ! We get lumbered with traffic cones up top and a central midfielder made of balsa wood! A striker is well needed in January!

Yeah and to think Shankland was a free agent last summer and we opted for Mr White ?

White for Doran and Trafford for Wesh - No surprise - but Oakley doakley nets against the Bairns again !!  Its a feckin draw.

Brad should be taken off he is having a howler of a game he is a liability

Beith out? Lol.... Let's just accept Beith is out permanently, we're never going to see him contribute anything. As far as Austin, he's made of glass and I think we need to offload him ASAP. No wonder Falkirk got rid of him. No great benefit when when he is fit, but gets a knock walking to the bus stop

Why is the club wasting a wage on Beith ? If he is not fit to play by January he needs to be shipped out for another injury prone player looking for a club

We are the most boring outfit in Scottish football right now

Totally agree trying to find the enthusiasm to go to see another draw and the mind numbing football on display is difficult. Why is it only The Derby's we play well ??

Said this on Twitter earlier...but if the board are serious about making a push for promotion this season, then they need to find a way to increase Robbo's budget in January so a couple more players can be brought in...he and the squad have earned it.

Totally agree with you but fear it wont happen

  8. while it is good that the club have acted so quickly i am wondering how long have they know about this Did Calder tell them Tuesday he wont be in  for training tomorrow as he is in court or did the club know sooner as i would have thought the court would be doing background/employers checks but i suppose up until yesterday he was innocent until found guilty . This may well carry a custodial sentence which is what he deserves either way i cant see many clubs wanting to sign him now so career over

A great game! Calder and Ridgers were outstanding. Great to see Oakley back. A mention for Chalmers, Welsh, Walsh and Polly, they a good game too. Young Daniel and White weren’t effective and Austin could have done better than either. McCart didn’t upset the Apple cart when replacing Rooney and Doran looked like his old self. The counter attack looked menacing, the fans were cheering the counter from our own box which was heartening for all concerned. The linesman is a joke however!

Totally agree i think McCart deserves a start he is too good to be sitting on the bench him and Coll would make a better pair at the back my other half calls Brad the Bombscare

  10. Great game of football really enjoyed it today great team performance stand outs were Calder, Ridgers , Rooney , Doran and Oakley great to have him back had he stayed on i think we would have won the game as i thought Daniel was quite poor when he came on Austin would of been a better choice. Think there has been too much hype over Daniel i don't think he is first team yet. Very poor officiating once again how the linesman never saw Billy offside when everyone in North stand did he cost us today on to next week in the words of Foran the win is coming ?

We must be the slowest team in the league. Every team we play can counter at us with pace, and be at our box in a few passes, but we take forever to get any attack going, passing it back and forth along the back line until our opponents are back in their shape, and then we try to play through them, which we can't do as we don't have the guile or talent to beat a man and find the right pass. Too many of our players had a bad day and I lost count of the misplaced passes. We need to start taking more shots from outside the box,  you never know what might happen, look at Dunfermline's second goal, what a scorcher, I can't remember the last time we scored one like that.

Absolutely spot on how i see it why can we never run through the middle with the ball ? all this side passing gives the opposition time to get back

  12. I have been thinking for a while now the club are quiet happy to be Mid Table they have no ambition or idea to take the club forward i will probably get shot down in flames for this but it is how i feel. FFS they can hardly get the basics right how would they cope with promotion would love to be wrong but ........

    ☹️

  13. Any fan tonight still thinking we will get promoted is completely deluded we wont not a chance Ayr are doing a Livi good on them County have premiership quality players (some of them) we dont bar big Coll and possibly Ridger's  sad facts but reality?

  14. Really doing their bit to encourage people to turn up in the cold for The Derby next week are they not this is getting pathetic now i dont give a F*** about the "unbeaten record" just coach one of them to put the ball in the flipping net ☹️

It had been coming. Seems we can only put in a performance over just one half of a game !!!! Same issues as I have seen on previous weeks....... who exactly is it we are expecting to score for us????? Good to see some decent crosses and and good corners, but no out & out goal scorer to convert our chances !!!!

Agree with you why Robbo keeps playing White is baffling he is just not mobile i have been saying for weeks now like many others the home draws are going to haunt us
