  1. It seems to me that obviously there are so many real supporters sick and tired of this malaise. We are heading for a crisis in footballing terms and now is the time for leadership and togetherness. We need a plan and a route out of this mess. You cannot expect the supporters to try and pull everything together when we are effectively the worker bees. You need the Queen bee and her (or his in this case)entourage to acknoeldge the comments on all the forums, accept the supporters are disgrntled and do something about it. It doesn't matter whether than be the Board or Senior Management, even the Manager and coaching staff, should someone from the Club not be coming out with a rallying cry and call for all to get behind the team and they promise they will at last start listening and engaging. Why not employ a Communications person - even call them a Communications Manager, as everyone else seems to have Manager or higher named post in their title mwithin ICT.

  2. It would be good to hear the latest from the Supporters Trust as to what is going on and what the back story is. I take it we have given up hearing from the Chairman or Board and if so, does it not look like our ship has gotten a broken rudder and we now have to hope we miss the icebergs as the Capatin and First Mate are sleeping and the crew are all down below deck.

What a sorry state we have become.

  3. Why does the Chairman not come out, highlight that he is listening to the valuable supporters and then propose a plan to deal with the doom and gloom hanging over Caley stadium. Tell us why the communication which he started his tenure triumphing, has dropped to next to zero. Tell us why there are not proper parking facilities around the club and why the catering is a bit of a 'hit or a miss' and then tell us why he thinks the team have imploded. Is there a reason that we, the loyal fans know nothing about. Is there a reason why some of the players don't have desire and drive to play and maybe tell us what goes on at training, because whatever they are doing makes no difference week in and week out. Finally, can he no tell us if he is concerned that as a club we are all disconnected and not looking or acting professionally and explain why we should have to put up wth much more of this.

  4. I think the bottom line is that none of us know when a goal is going to come for ICT because really we never look like scoring. If we cannot score and we cannot defend then why are we surprised we have not won a game for so long.It is now rare to feel excited at a Caley home game.Indeed I'm not sure anymore what that feels like.

  5. Maybe it is time for Ross Tokely.I cannot see us getting any better.I thought today was the day,I came with optimism and positivity then I thought the team would be in a similar mindset, but no!The best we look like getting this season is 5th(if we are lucky).Unfortunately we are heading in the wrong direction.

  6. Another dismal performance.Absolutely shocking and Sutherland doesn't get hooked at half time and then we take off possibly our better players.I no longer drive home despondent as I am now well used to it.3rd plays 8th and they (8th)have one shot on target in the first half and score. All after Harper gives away the ball at the halfway line. Carson gets a stupid first booking and he is walking a tight rope for the rest of the game.Inevitable he walked.Lacked any fighting spirit again.

  7. I think we all agree that last night was better than Saturday, but that would not be hard to achieve. I thought we played much better the second half although the defence looked shaky throughout. As I said previously,Pearson looks good and Chalmers has legs, but cannot finish - a bit like Storey.I have to confess I am always critical of Sutherland and I always say he cannot jump and cannot head the ball and rarely scores, considering what he did for Peterhead and Elgin. Blow me last night, he actually jumped and headed the ball and scored!! For some reason he reminds me of White as he used to be as frustrating.Anyway I have learned now to expect the unexpected with Inverness and when all said and done we look just like an average Championship team with hopes of one day climbing the ladder to the Premiership. If that day ever happens we need a clear out just like County did and we would have to build a whole new squad, keeping only some of these players.

  8. Well that was better than Saturday, but let's face it that would not be hard.Pearson was man of the match for me.We looked good in attack and poor in defence. We are clearly missing Devine and Allardyce.Thought Deas had a poor game and gave away a stupid penalty.Second half we were much better and Sutherland looked okay compared to his usual standard.

Tiffany and Graham looked like scoring every time they had the ball.Best summing up would be to say we got out of jail.

  9. Do you think these players have realised they are not premiership standard,so if ICT had got promoted, they would be out of a job.Even with the most positive head on, they must know that these standards are not acceptable and certainly not what is required from a team chasing promotion. This performance  has not just been a bad day at the office it has been weeks of steady decline.

My worry today is that you don't get passion, drive, enthusiasm and hunger over four days.

  10. Unless these players get some pride back and show desire and willingness to try and win games, then the club will suffer with fans staying away.I can handle losing if we go down fighting, but that yesterday, was a joke and showed total disrespect to all the Hardy fans who turned up.

Why can our players not replicate the Arbroath desire.Do they not want to be a good team to watch.

What are the large management team doing about it.Surely jackets on lose pegs.

The whole team should be forced to watch how Arbroath faced up to Kilmarnock last night. They fought like tigers for 90 minutes and never have up. Compare that to our insipid display this afternoon - lacklustre, half hearted and devoid of any class. Morton deserved their points and we can't complain at the result.

It must be a pleasure watching Arbroath.Down to earth humble players playing their socks off for their Manager and supporters.

  12. I was one of the mugs in the stand today and I will probably be there on Wednesday as always hopeful, like I was before 3 today .I hoped our poor run would end but alas we were worse than last week.Welsh is no leader or captain,Sutherland is a passenger and none of them showed drive or determination or a hunger to win.Usually second to the ball and could be there until morning and would struggle to score. We haven't played a decent game since Gardyne stopped playing for us. We are crying out for wingers.Maybe we are just a championship team now as the club seem to be content with this standard of football.Players don't even look like they played together before.I can't understand what goes on through the week at training.

Well as you'd expect from Killie tv, No much action from our point of view apart from howlers.

Didn't watch the game live so i can't comment on performance which seems to have mixed views depending on which way your glass is!

Either way next Saturday is crucial for our season, We need a performance for sure, But injuries are a worry with a few key players out.

I'd get Shane out of the starting 11, Along with Carson he's been pretty poor recently.

I'll be there on Saturday as usual, Hoping for a great performance and a good win but half expecting a draw after losing a goal in the 85 min....

Agree we need to drop Sutherland

  14. No denying Kilmarnock were the better team,we don't seem able to get back to our good passing game and being able to get the second ball.

Killie are a decent team & splashed the cash for some decent signings. Our new additions are welcome, but I still feel disappointed with todays result. Slipping down the league a wee bit with the teams above with games in hand. I hope we manage a playoff place and sort ourselves out by then !

  15. This all seems very familiar. We are one up and struggling to keep the ball or even get it

Should be 1-1. Point blank save by Ridgers but the Dunfermline player should have scored easily.

That needs to waken us up this half as we can’t get or keep the ball this half so far.

  16. Have to agree with posts so far.Officials desperate, just desperate,  but we were not much better and are a shadow of the team we were at the beginning of the season.Q of the S were the better team first half.No way will we win the league playing like this. In fact if we don't get a grip we will not make playoffs.
