  1. Were some fans actually booing the team at the end of the game?.... Scott Kellacher looked very unhappy about something at the end. On another note, Jordan Alonge looked yards onside when he was flagged offside whilst bearing down 1 on 1 with the Cove goalkeeper.
  2. QoS player lucky not to see red in early part of match? Looked like he denied an obvious goalscoring opportunity from where I'm sitting....
  3. Well done to James Nolan and Alfie Stewart for coming right over to sing and celebrate with the fans in the North Stand at the end...a nice touch.
  4. Danny Devine was awarded the sponsors man of the match and credit to him for popping up with another crucial goal and putting on another very good defensive display. For me though, Adam MacKinnon stood head and shoulders above every other player on the park today. Broke up play, drove us forward, distributed the ball well, had some shots on goal and worked his absolute socks off. A fantastic individual performance but well done to all the players and staff today for digging in to get the result.
  5. Just booked tickets to see a French Ligue 1 game next year, the home side currently in the champions league. Tickets were available from ten euros. This is approximately half the price of what it costs to see a match at the Caledonian Stadium in the third tier of Scottish football. On this basis it's unsurprising that our attendances are so low. Lower ticket prices would hopefully attract more fans back = more pies, drinks, half-time draw tickets, merchandise bought. I really hope that if we still have a club to support next year, this is looked at to build a more sustainable fanbase.
  6. Haha hope we can get the game replayed.
  7. The problem is that even fans who want to buy the new away kit in a large or extra large size to support the club financially can't until (reportedly) January. If, as we are led to believe, we paid well over the odds for a Puma deal why are there no shirts in, what I assume to be, two of the most popular sizes? Plus there is no new training wear and various pieces of last season's gear is out of stock. I know we need to move forward but these issues are having a lasting impact on attempting to do so positively. If we had an adequately stocked shop surely this would generate much needed funds.
  8. With the information about the Puma kit deal , how could the club be paying so much yet have a very popular away kit that nobody in a large size can now buy until (reportedly) January??! It's mind-boggling....
  9. Given the club's current predicament , in my view, all opinions and, by extension, potential solutions must be listened to. A limited capacity meeting restricts that and is not particularly 'open'. Again I would ask if a larger part of the stadium could be utilised?
  10. Hi Laura, do you have any idea when the cancelled tickets for tomorrow night will be made available ...or if the club plan to make another announcement regarding this? Thanks
  11. A section of the main stand (and the use of a mic) seems a logical solution to me. I have emailed the Supporters Trust urging them to have communication with the club about the issue especially since it's now very apparent that fans from another club may have a significant number of the tickets which is just not right. The club limited purchase of Scottish cup final tickets to people with accounts before a certain date (a poor decision in my opinion which limited our support on the day). So it is possible and on this occasion I think a similar scheme should have been implemented. Given what we now know about fans from another club trying to reduce the attendance on the night, surely the issue must be looked at again between now and Monday night.
  12. Could they not just open a section of the main stand so that everybody who wants to attend can?
  13. Yes it's so disappointing that there seems to have been no priority given to those in the categories you listed and no doubt many true fans will miss out, potentially because of those who are clearly trying to make it a non event.
  14. Looks like the tickets are all gone already ... No priority for season ticket holders or anything, how disappointing.
  15. Fantastic gesture from Big Dunc - hoping that now even the fans that don't think he is the right man for the job really rally behind him as he has demonstrated he is doing all he can for the club. My idea for quick injection of cash - glamour friendlies against Everton and Newcastle.
