We issued updates to members following our Board Meetings in January and February. You can read the updates in posts in the Supporters Trust Forum:

https://caleythistleonline.com/forum/152-supporters-trust/

The February update includes details of the Fans Meeting that will take place at 1230 on Saturday 1 March in Bar 94, with an additional matchday bus being provided by Stagecoach at 1200 to the Stadium, which will allow time to grab a pie or a drink before the meeting starts.

Charlie Christie and Scott Young will both be joining us to give an update on the club’s situation, whilst Charlie will also look back on the club’s first 30 years in conversation with our Chair, George Moodie.

The meeting is open to all fans and we hope to see many of you there.

If you are not already a member of the Trust, joining is easy (and only £5, or £1 for under 16s):

Well done to all those involved and I hope the gig will be well supported...... having said that, we will be away on holiday then, so we can't make it. Hope the turn out is good and a great night is had by all.

Out of curiosity how many people can the bar take?

Might it be worthwhile having a monthly quiz night or bingo or something? It could be done after a home game at say 6pm. Long enough to still cater for those wanting a quick drink and to see players before heading off but not so long a wait for those hanging about for the quiz/bingo/whatever.

Charge a fiver and include a pie/sausage roll in the price.

We have been waiting until the much needed reinstatement of the ladies' toilets is complete before holding anything significant (they were removed to create showers for away players during Covid and never reinstated by the previous regime).

That work will be complete before Calum Jones plays on 12 April, and we hope this will be the first of many popular and successful events.

With our enlarged Board we have now created an Events Subgroup, which has a number of exciting ideas about things we can do next season.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we welcome suggestions from any member or fan.

The bar can comfortably hold more than 150. We have sourced 62 seats that are much more comfortable than those they have replaced, and along with the benches by the window and the bar stools, we have seating for around 100, plus standing room for many more.
