We should really be looking to get some players on-loan. Maybe some players from the premiership or even the championship. Its not like we afford to buy decent players. Falkirk have Arnua Riera onloan who was at barca, then moved to sunderland. they also had anthony stokes last season who rattled the goals in.

They also had Kasper Schmichael.

Inverness is quite unforunate of its location. I dont think that players are prepared to come up to Inverness for a season or half. Just of the top of my head, Steven Pressley! He didn't come up to play for us due to the fact of our location.

Pat McCourt on loan wouldn't be bad. The problem is we never give loanees any games, in case it upsets the balance of the squad or whatever.

No wonder, I would rather letting my players out to Championship/League one teams - better standard of players/managers/fans etc.

I don't think location had anything to do with Pressley not coming, I believe it was more to do with the lack of coaching opportunities at that time. I suspect he is kicking himself that he potentially missed out on a management opportunity.

I believe that Terry Butcher has enough 'clout' in the business to bring players north, in fact he said at one of the fans meetings that he didn't see it as an obstacle at all. In fact he said that Eric Odiambo and Richie Foran had no idea where Inverness was as he just told them to get on a plane and they duly arrived. :-) He isn't a fan of players living in Inverness on a part time basis and would prefer they re-located, this may or may not be a good thing, but if they want to play for us then that might just be the price they have to play.

I think ICT shud giv our own youth another chance untill christmass however possible loan tagets could be
