I have just quaffed a bowl of Morrocan Black and the leaves are indicating that the Hibees have played an illegal Morrocan signing and the suggestion is that the SFA/SPL are determined to avoid any blame, suggest it is UEFA or FIFA's fault and will be willing to deduct the points from the Hibees and give 3 points to ourselves and Muvversmell.  :010: :010:

Dont think the Hibees have done anything wrong and it would be wrong to strip them of any points. They were asked to obtain international clearance from the Moroccan FA and the paperwork they got was accepted by both them and the SFA. Turns out that someone at the Moroccan end allegedly gave them forged papers and that the player had actually signed a 5 year deal with a Moroccan side a few months earlier.

If anyone is to blame it may be the player who must have known he signed a contract a few months ago and most certainly the agent/broker that organised the deal with Hibs.

But apparently it was accepted by the SFA BEFORE clearing it wiv FIFA. It is not like the SFA to make a mistake  :010: :010: and try to cover it.  :010: :010: And Morrocan Black is usually reliable.  :015: :015: :015:
