The board of Inverness Caledonian Thistle have released a statement announcing that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the club shareholders will be held on 20th December.
The Directors of Inverness Caledonian Thistle have announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held at Caledonian Stadium on 20 December at 8pm in a second effort to alter the club's structure in order to pave the way for the injection of much needed additional funding.
Chairman Ken Mackie said: "The board has called an EGM and the same resolutions will be voted on as it is still firmly felt by the vast majority of shareholders that re-registering to a private limited company is the best way to move this club forward.
"The board is pleased to report that an agreement has been secured with the major shareholders who voted against the resolutions at the AGM.
"Everyone connected with the club both past and present has worked hard to get Inverness Caledonian Thistle to where they are and the current board is doing all it can to ensure further progress, including of course the bringing of SPL football to Inverness."
