Fair point, Caley D, but with this weekend's game on Sunday all the players and management have Thursday off this week. Therefore, we didn't want to encroach on their time off. However, DFS is never short of an interesting thing or two to say.

Malky Thompson is a late scratch from the panel. Former club chairman, David Sutherland, has agreed to take his place.

Richly deserved by them both. :021:

The AGM takes place next Thursday, 17th January at the ICT Social Club on Greig Street starting at 7.30pm. New members are welcome to join the Trust on the night and existing members who have still to renew for this season can do so before the meeting starts. The meeting will be followed by the now traditional football forum. The exact make up of the panel will be confirmed in the next few days and posted here.

I suppose Blair Atholl is the big smoke if you come from Gretna.

Yes, people like you are not welcome RossP. Good call! :015:

I think Yngwie has hit on the most likely scenario. Would be a little surprised if anything else happened.

Quite horrendous and tremendously sad.
The joy of victory today is well and truly gone.

Have never seen such a crowded midfield in all my life. Falkirk did a really good job of stopping us playing and both goalkeepers really had very little to do. Bringing on Bayne and Bazza livened things up for the last half hour but in all honesty we created very little. Also very hard to tell who was the 1 in the 4-5-1 as more often than not it seemed to be Rankin rather than Niculae and this was not Rankin's day. Pushing for an equaliser and trying to keep this good run going we lost our shape badly in the latter stages with some of our players popping up in the most bizarre places.
It was hard to find fault with Mikey Fraser. The jury is still out on whether Rosscoe or Proctor is the more reliable right back. McBain might as well not have been there with Cowie having one of his few off days this season so far.
The sad fact is that we were beaten by a pretty poor team. Falkirk were only marginally less unimpressive than we were but they got things right tactically. They had learned from conceding four against us last time out

SOunds like a real Last of the Summer Wine gathering. Should be fun.

Not surprised either. Someone that size needs to be exceptional to survive at SPL level and I don't think Deano was that exceptional to be honest.
Best of luck to him, though, wherever he ends up.

Oh, all right then.

:015:
Brilliant!

I certainly sounds like they're more intelligent than their manager.
This was an astonishing game and an absolute classic. Watching Caley Thistle run Celtic ragged for large portions of the second half was a total joy. Strachan's post match comments were pathetic and most Celtic fans will see right through them. He did himself no favours there.

Did he get his telegram from the Queen? :023:

Do ICT do weddings on the pitch?
Congrats to the pair of you :003:
Don't know but last week they did a divorce in the dugout.
Congrats to CCC & GJ. :021:

I have heard this story from my father, an ex-policeman, who told me it happened doon the ferry when two locals embarked on a race to see who could down a half bottle quickest. Ah, the joys of alcoholic poisoning.

A real possiblity for Sky or the BBC I would have thought.
