  1. I'm p*ssed of by that diabolical ref.

    1. I had Essien as last goal scorer before the game at 18/1 :rotflmao:

    2. In play betting 2nd goal a penalty at 12/1 :thumb04:

Suprised you couldn't hear the shouting coming out of Yorkshire last night.

Really can't blame Drogba/Ballack etc for their reaction. I know they are supposed to show ref respect but, how can you respect someone who is blatantly incompetent and didn't show the players much respect with his decisions.

  2. Its been a real mixed bag in the 100 or so days since the appointment of TB and MM. We have had the highs of draw v Celtic, win v Rangers then the absolute pish of away at Falkirk and Aberdeen(2nd half).

I'll be happy if they keep us up, and then see who he lets go, gets in during the summer. We are likely to attract better quality though, if TB/MM sign up for longer. Showing potential players that they believe in the club. Getting TB/MM signed for longer should be a priority of the board once SPL is guaranteed for next year.

I wasn't convinced they were the guys for the job, but I am coming round. I hope once we have confirmed our SPL status, we can start working on some entertaining football and not just get points any way possible. But I suppose we cant have everything

  3. Cue - plenty of "ROSSCOEEEEEEEEE" shouts - Dude: do you fancy a drive to the Well game ?

If only, Sorry :rotflmao: Wednesday's only day I can't get away for next few weeks. Thanks anyway

  4. Has roscoe actually scored this season?? I can't remember.

if he hasn't i'd fancy a sly bet on him grabbing the one that keeps us up in the spl. i think i'd have a heart attack.

He scored against Motherwell away at end of December. Header if I remember correctly.

That wasn't the super triple salka with somersaulted back flip overhead netbuster was it?

All of that, with tuck, with the finger at Brewster. :rotflmao:

  5. Does this mean Terry Butcher has had a say on the squad, and asked Burley not to include any ICT players?

Or, our players are not good enough for a weak Scotland B squad?

What ever it is, I am happy none will be risked for a rediculously timed non-event.

  7. Personnally I wouldn't care if the OF moved out of Scotland. Whether its the EPL, a European or Atlantic League, they are welcome to the disgrace that is the OF.

I believe it would then leave the SPL much more exciting. Maybe not in a skill level, but the league will be closer, more teams have a chance of winning cup competitions. Smaller teams crowds may even increase. If the OF fans can'y afford the silly ticket prices and travel costs to London, Birmingham, Stoke, etc 20+ times a year OF fans may visit their local team for a live game. My Rangers supporting brother who lives in Carrbridge goes to some ICT games already because of work and cost prevent him going to rangers games.

It probably will happen a few years down the road, but not when the OF want to join, the deciding factor will be SKY and when a EPL2 starts. That will give the Of a starting point that the other EPL teams will accept and Sky will cash in on the bigot brothers.

I would have concerns how it will affect our standing as a national team though. With Welsh, Scottish and english teams all playing in same leagues UEFA and FIFA may decide that there is a British league in all but name and try to knock the 4 national teams on the head.

Or I could be wrong and they will carry on in Scotland and we will get this story every couple of years and have to put up with the bitter bigoted brothers and all the nonsence that goes with them.

  9. did anyone see the fulham announcer on match of the day? i think hes an ex-player, hes life long fulham fan. he sits in the dugout during the game.

That'll be David "diddy" Hamilton the former Radio 1 and 2 DJ from many moons ago.

  10. glasgow and any town within 30 miles of it!

Hey Stirling is a nice city, Glasgow City centre and west end is nice. My 3 fav cities/towns in Scotland are: Inverness, Glasgow and Stirling in that order. I have the plesure NOT of working in Coatbridge ....it really makes apreciate my home town of Stirling :rotflmao:

"Stirling a nice city" yer havin a laugh. It was my nearest big town when I started going out on the pull and drinking. 20/25 years ago. It was a pit then and after spending the day there yesterday and the odd day over the years, I have to say, apart from Marches shopping centre, scewing about with road lay out and building a new train station, not much has changed. It is as dreech looking as ever, the shop assistants as dour as ever, worst accent in Scotland, peeing with rain, stinks of desiel fumes and no car parks open at night(that I could find). Almost as bad as the day I spent in Falkirk a couple of weeks back.

It looks like they are still spending fortunes in Raploch, Cornton, St Ninians but it all still needs flattened and started again. Few years ago I stopped at traffic lights in Raploch and 2 guys tried to nick my van with me in it. I was glad to see they have built a road so you don't have to drive through Drip Road now.

Its saving grace from a vote for worst dump in Scotland is Methill.

  11. My Mum had Mon Mone. Put a pound on it. Hopefully we win today and will be agreat day for the Farrell household.

Wish Imrie would take his chances, hard worker but doesnt put them away.

My 12 year old picked it also, put ?1 ew for him. That will pay for some of the trip to Aberdeen next week.

  12. Has to be Methill as worst town visited, depressing. Worst place I have lived its hard to choose between Aviemore and Dewsbury. Aviemore for the old centre(don't know what new one is like) and nothing happened. I know its supposed to be Scotland but, Dewsbury needs a mention for most of the people(loudmouth, chauvanist, racists, chavs) council is toooo PC and it looks dire.

  13. I did say it was only a suggestion. At the time I was certain he was at least a yard offside I was shouting as loud as anyone at the linesman. But looking at bbc highlights in slo-mo it was a lot closer than I first thought.

Don't think it would have made any difference to result if it was given off anyway. we were so woeful

  14. This wee clip suggests Rooney was lying on the ground and playing Falkirk player on.

The ref was still guff all through the game, missing countless shoves, bad tackles, a blatent corner that he gave goal kick. How the tent side lino missed the assault on Lionel :rotflmao:

  15. Ref was awful but I think we could have played for another 90 minutes and wouldn't have scored a goal

we have real problems if we are conceding the way we are and not scoring

on another sour note... I don't know who it was but some f@nny from our own support was trying to get himself in a fight with Barrowman. I'm the first to admit that Barrowman has had a dismal season but the abuse he got from the front row of supporters was a disgrace... he wasn't even on the pitch ffs!

I am yet to see a league win this season, probably best if I stay away for the rest of the season :rotflmao:

Probably not a bad idea. Red card also for Caley Stan's mate Nicholas, who was at his 5th ICT game yesterday. He has now seen us lose 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0 and 5-0. Someone should call Norris McWhirter.

I,ve got another jinks here. The future Mrs Dude has been to 5 ICT games with me in the past year. Lost the lot! As well as Scotland v Croatia, Draw. Dewsbury v Batley at rugby league, Lost. Horse racing at Perth and Market Rasen, couldn't pick my nose never mind a winner.(on-line betting, well in profit when she is not around).

She is great at other things, .......eh wait a mimute I'll think off something.

  16. I have to agree that the players yesterday just were not up for it. 550 fans made an effort yesterday. Best support I've seen at a game ( didn't make Hamilton game) for a very long time and all we got was pish as a reward.

?60 in fuel, ?50 digs ?42 to watch ?30 munchies 5 hr drive up 5 hour drive home today. Do I feel cheated?

If the players want people to follow and support them, they need to show the fans that they appreciate that support. A clap of hands at the end of the game is all well and good, but its effort, passion , a wee bit of skill, ie pass the ball to each other, don't knock each other off the ball, or tackle each other during the game, all these would say to the support, that players care as much as the fans. I was not convinced yesterday that they do.

But I'll be back!! for more.

  17. I have all of the house stuff to do as I have my 3 boys living with me since split with ex wife. All the washing, cooking, cleaning, shopping house maintenance etc. Didn't notice the diffrence after got rid of her, she did b***er all when she was here, except spend the money!

Kiltarlity, you are spot on with the shopping thing. I saved a small fortune when I took over the shopping. Its funny thing but I seen to survive fine without buying supersize bags of crisps, bags of donuts and bars of chocci and with own brands and cheaper cuts of meat you can still cook decent meals at half the cost.

  18. Ahh I see what he's done there. Totally over the heads of the hosts too. I wonder what the producers were smoking when they chose Stan Collymore to host a show for victims of domestic abuse? :rotflmao:

I listened to Stan Collymore all week on the show. He has changed my opinion about him. He delt with a couple of subjects that were very close to him, Depression and Domestic Violence. His input was very enlightening. And many people called in to compliment him on being so honest and on the advice he gave. There were a few who called to slag of and insult him and he gave them their say also.

That was a hilarious call though.

  19. You can't stick Morais top of the pecking order just because he scored 2 goals against Partick thistle!

    He did nothing against Hamilton

Also Rooney is definitely ahead of Wood

Wood and Barrowman are at the same level for me.

    Wood has done nothing

Atleast Rooney can stick them in the back of the head.

Rooney looks a really good prospect

barrowman has played at SPL level with killie, so i dont see how wood and him are on the same level. Wood is young and this is his first taste for SPL football, he has alot to learn and alot to give the club

Rooney,Wood and Barrowman have almost identicall SPL records

Wood 18 SPL appearances incl as sub with 2 goals

Barrowman 24 SPL appearances incl as sub(incl 3 as sub with killie) with 2 goals

Rooney 22 SPL appearances incl as sub with 5 goals

They are all fairly close on the stats but I see Rooney as the one that gives us more of a threat and a harder worker for the team. TB seems to be happy with Imrie and Odhiambo so far but I'm sure Rooney will be an important player in the run in.
