FFS! Wait a minute people! My post was NOT intended to celebrate the Merger in any form, but to mark the 20th anniversary of ICT as a club (1994 - 2014) and nothing else. Please take your Merger chat elsewhere.
Dougal! Please for the love of Jesus! Stop highjacking my thread with your " delicate and tender a subject" BS. I bloody well got over it years ago and so should the rest of you!
MODS! If this continues with Merger posts, please delete and i will keep my ideas to myself!

How about 1994 ticket prices? lol
Seriously though i imagine if ICT wanted a big glamour friendly, they would need to book early. I imagine the "biggies" of Europe get bookings all year round, so get in there early i say!

July 30th 1994 marked our first official game against St Mirren, although our first competitive match was August 9th against East Stirling.
I wondered with the 20th Anniversary of the club in 2014, is it too soon to talk about marking this anniversary with a series of events. Maybe a replay of the St Mirren game with the original players or maybe a glamour friendly, and with July 30th 2014 is a Wednesday its a perfect night for such a game.
Im sure the club have more pressing things at the moment to concentrate on but theres no harm in a CTO debate.
What would we like to see?
I personally would love a glamour friendly and an anniversary strip being available. Maybe a documentary on DVD about our rise from the Highland League to the SPL. All 3 although a cost to the club could bring in additional revenue!
Thoughts?

Lionel Z at Partick!!

Gnapa seems to have made a great start!
-
Ok Rooney is gone but we still have Foran, Hayes & Doran to keep our Shamrock alive. Now we have a French Tricolour with Tade, Gillet & Gnakpa.
I wonder who will come out top at the end of the season!

what the foof is a bounce match anyways?

"Could have something to do with the high pressure gas transmission line that runs alongside the A9 between the stadium and the road .... in fact, I know it has because this was given as the reason when this subject was debated in depth on here and also on P&B."
If there is a HP gas main in the vicinity, then there will be a minimum proximity distances in place so no structures can be built nearbye! Also dependant on the pipe diameter and length, there will be a 6 figure sum required to move it for a 4th stand!
Not our priority!!

While i agree with the hastiness of the North & South stands being built! What matters is on the pitch! The only way County will leave us behind is winning more games and scoring more goals.

"IHE in saying something funny shocker" lol

Not posted for a while! Personally i would rather see County in the SP(hell) than Aberdire or Leithiopia ( i love these names)
I cant see it being negative for ICT and i bet the club are just aching to play County again on the big stage. Might make the Central Belt Mafia take note for once.

Anyone know if this is all ticket or will there be a gate?

I found this on my Interweb travels today, although i see its on the main page! Anyone signed up to the P&J feed as i cant read the whole thing.
I shudder at the though of Gazza coaching at ICT although nice of Terry to consider it. A sad case of a once great player!
-
Butcher is not the kind of manager to use ICT as a stepping stone! Others have in the past. He is ICT to the core IMHO and he wouldnt leave a job half done to goto Hibs anyway!

i got mine for free! yaaah!

Came across this in my daily trawl throught the Net. A great and honest read with our Man at the top!
Enjoy

I'll worry about this scenario when it matters! At the end of the season
We are only 4 points from mid table after all!

yeah i knda agree C100. While any investment is welcome, i cant really see it changing things on the park where it matters at the moment!

One is also of the "I BELIEVE" train of thought!

Delighted that East Fife, Ayr & Falkirk know exactly how we felt at Parkhead in 2001!
