ANNOUCEMENT: 2/3 weeks age ICT recieved an offer of ?250,000 investment in the club from a european consortium for 25% of the club, BUT on Monday ICT recieved a new offer of investment into the club this is from complete different people and more of a takeover of the whole club for ?1 million

Am i right in stating that ICT are the only Scottish club to have had a player manager in the SPL (Brewster)

Can anyone explain what this "International Clearance" is about? Is this the same as a Work Permit? If so, im confused. As he is an Austrian citizen and Austria is part of the EU; then he is allowed to work and travel throughout the EU community, so wouldn't need such a permit. Surely these allowances that apply to us all within the Eu apply to Footballers as well?

I dont want to get ahead of myself but perhaps CTO could create some sort of history section with some PDFs of classic programmes or fanzines. But as i said im probaly getting ahead of myself

If someone was willing to scan it we could certainly make it available as a PDF download, given that the author has given permission and the others involved went out of business !! I also have access to Adobe Writer so if Charles wanted to add a comment or two after scanning of the original then that too could be combined with the original document

I don't know how big a scanning job this is since I don't know the technology, but there would be just over 140 pages plus whatever I added on the HL. Little by little perhaps? Someone scans while I research and write what I could take a ballpark guess at being a further 5ish? pages.

I have a Thistle booklet of my own and I'm sure I could borrow a copy of Caley All The Way from someone.

In terms of permissions, the Author hereby willingly gives his on the spot! I own the copyright jointly with the Club while Ken MacPherson, Trevor Martin and Gordon Gillespie have the photo copyrights. I'm sure all would be agreeable and I am happy to approach the photographers and George Fraser myself.

I would be absolutely delighted for a slightly enhanced Against All Odds to be relaunched on CTO and already I think that the only major problem would be getting the scanning done. I do have a VERY small number of author's copies which I hold on behalf of the club for emergency purposes and I would be more than happy for one of these to be cannibalised which I imagine might make the scanning easier.

I see your point but im in disagreement. No team in the SPL has really made any significant dent in the transfer market or signed any notable freebies. So i see everyone in the same boat. And before anyone mentions the Ugly Sisters...Face it folks, we have never struggled against them!

Its the ICT way...poor 1st half, opposition gets complacent, TB Rollocks them in the dressing room, ICT play a blinder 2nd half!
