Congrats guys. You deserved the win. We were rubbish. Nisbet was missing his partner Kiltie. Four of us on the dasc supporters bus chose Doran as our man of the match - we’re supposed to choose one of our own but none came to mind!

re “The corner in front of the main and north stands was heavily stranded and the ball was sticking. Hopefully not a sign of problems ahead.” There was a pitch inspection re this particular area; officials weren’t happy with the digging which took place and had to wait on the ref (who was stuck in traffic) to make the final call.

Lovely to meet you in Sports Bar, Buffy.   Hope you enjoyed your day despite the result.  Happy Christmas to you and yours, except when against ICT!    Love from Lizi xx

  2. Very well done Johndo !  Every “episode” made me laugh but, who told you about my “buns” !!    I haven’t ever read such fun on the website - you have picked up on the various posters so well.   More power to your elbow AND/OR your writing skills - your talents are lost in your current role.  Merry Christmas and, see you soon for a hug at next ICT game you attend.  Xx

maybe not Tulloch but certainly a Sutherland connection.

If it helps ICT, surely if cash, which is sorely needed, is forthcoming, then Thank You, and Welcome.   Incidentally, where oh where, and When (even more important) is/are the Stadium naming sponsors?   That’s taking longer than Brexit.

You may consider me a “happy clapper” but ICT are my first and only team, am a season ticket holder and go to the majority of away games.   I certainly don’t go to the odd game not caring who wins.

Ps - yesterday was awful.   No segregation of fans and if game had played til midnight ICT didn’t look like scoring.

Little Hitler Steward at Sports Bar stopped fans for entering after 2.30pm last Saturday.  Since when did this silly rule come in?    It was bad enough the game before that he insisted on checking bags etc.  Surely it’s enough to get checked by the stewards at the turnstile you are going through.

  7. Todorov had a good game v Queen of the South (I was there) and scored a goal but gets dropped today.  Why on earth?   On his worst day Toddy is better, more industrious, not scared to tackle, than White.  I am fed up of White jumping and missing the ball.    I am no football manager but fail to see the benefit Robbo sees in playing White week in week out for little return.   I would have Todorov starting, with Walsh too and Keatings.  Incidentally well done Charlie Trafford, he never gives up despite not being given a regular start.   Carson a good signing, improving every game.

  8. IHE - 39 not 19 at Dumfries and if you count all the persons in the photo of the away section, there was even more who made more noise than the whole of the crowd.   Some must have sneaked in!    If you watch film of the goals, you may hear my rattle being used each time - success!   Happy days.

  9. Not long home after a good away trip despite two road closed diversions on way home just to delay us even more.   A good three points and plenty Dobbie misses so we are well pleased we made the effort to travel, after being at Greenock on Saturday.   Enjoyable craic and team played so much better than against Morton.  More of the same for the next few Saturdays please ICT.

Ridiculous to have organised this event when we were away to Morton. Fans had to make a choice and those that decided to travel to Greenock to support the team are obviously not regarded as true supporters. Whereas people who were given free tickets to this bash are the future. Look forward to seeing them en masse in Dumfries on Tuesday night.

Gosh - the Travel Club will have to book at least two more buses for all Jim’s true ICT supporters to come to Dumfries on Tuesday evening after giving up going to Greenock for the joys of spending money in Drumossie  Hotel.

Whys Robbo not try something bizzare but actually play our best forward Storey up top and drop White who may be a decent impact player! Storeys not a winger Robbo hearts didn't play you central defence ffs

No way is Storey our best forward!  Too many wayward passes, too many bad decisions, could have been subbed but....... should of doesn’t equate to what he brings to our team.  I think we had his best days in his first term at ICT and has yet to show that he still has his “magic hat”.  Come on Miles, show us your true calibre - soon, please.

I think some of the excuses were valid but so are some of the criticisms

Firstly a defence that conceded 3 has hardly had a game together before. Mackays first game back since beginning of season.

First half experiment of having Carson as 10 really didn’t work. Our two central midfielders weren’t able to get their foot on the ball and control things. The result was long balls to Todorov and into ‘space’ which again really didn’t work.

Trafford was certainly Fired Up in the second half but could easily have been sent off.

We looked far more threatening in the second half but when you consider MacGregor and Trafford had played 60 mins the day before and had the travel back from Ayr they certainly gave 100%. Todorov and macGregor linked up better in the second half but there was a lot of punishment being dealt out and the ref lost control in the second half. Roddy is very lucky he’s still walking after one of the tackles from behind

a lot of others looked rusty and it’s hardly surprising they just aren’t getting games.

It looked like a team just thrown together against a team that plays every week. It would be interesting to see what we could have done if we’d had a few more of the Fort William 9. Certainly a Jack Brown in the middle and a Ross Gunn out wide and a Donald Morsion at right back

    Cammy’s free kick was outstanding.

    Anyway, onwards and upwards

A fair report.   Brora are another team who like to feign injury to get game stopped and regroup - disappointing.  Some of their “fans” in the Stand were totally obnoxious, trying to cause arguments by nasty unnecessary comments.  If that’s their usual behaviour, then they need a good look at themselves.   It’ll be good to be back in the North Stand for some decent footie craic.

Turns out the Ayr fans were mocking Rooney over the loss of his mum. Absolute rats. Hope they get banned.

I do hope this has been reported to Ayr FC and all other agencies.   No use showing Red Cards against racism when such despicable behaviour still exists.  Ayr “fans” should be thoroughly ashamed of some of their number.  They know who they are so, name and shame.
